This is the most clean and amazing tattoo parlor I've been to. Got my ear piercings here and the amount of clean utensil they have is amazing. I got a navel piercing by Hugo last night. He was great! I was super comfortable and he was talking me through everything. I had a navel piercing before but the previous piercer pierced it too forward where there's very little skin to hold the piercing and it ripped off. I know these guys have been around and successful for awhile now...but my only experience was from the San Mateo Body Art Expo. I got a great piercing experience from Hugo, but what he tried to sell me afterward was absolutely ridiculous. The piercing was 50 for my medusa, which was alright. But after, i asked for a after-care cleaner...and he sold me a spray bottle of cleaner for $25. I said wow thats a lot...and he said no worries, piercing for 50  and cleaner for 10, leaving you a grand total of 60. Like he was cutting me some deal. I went home and read the bottle...water and sodium chloride!!!! A value of $25 for a bottle of salt fucking water. I thought i was getting a deal for $10!!! I could've made that myself at home bruv!!! Of course, i feel gullible,  from not looking into stuff because of excitement lol. But i just feel like an artist that has been around for 20+ years shouldn't fucking swindle people for SALT WATER. Read Less

Sorry so late but Hugo has started my piercing addiction with my first two piercings (nipples) the same day which was in November 2016 and now 9 different piercings and a whole bunch of redos later I have came back to get my dermals done one next to my left eye not sure if that is still called a anti eye brow piercing and also my dermal on my chest . I was in on Friday the 13th got an amazing tattoo from Raul...wonderful experience.. My tattoo came out better then my friends that came along. The 2 stars is only for my tattoo artist. I'm highly disappointed in the manager Hugo. I went in today with the intention to spend alot of money to get my half sleeve started. When I came in he proceeded to tell me he didn't have communication with my artist and that he'd be in over the weekend. Keep in mind my original appt. was the Friday before that was cancelled and rescedualed for today. I keep trying to tell him this. Pretty much to be turned away...I was so angry, but we shook hands and that was that...he apologized.Too much run around...Unprofessional...I didnt want too but I took my money to another shop. Amazing people who produce amazing results! I came here around 10PM to get my septum pierced on a Friday night. There was another group of people also waiting to get piercings, but the wait was no big deal. The staff were all super friendly and makes everyone feel welcomed. The music definitely keeps everyone pumped up and hyped for whatever they were planning to get. The procedure was super quick and as painless as a piercing can possibly be.
