He is amazing! We came in to add more to existing tattoos, and he was able to not only display his talented artwork, but work with what we already had and make suggestioms accordingly. Got some work done a while back, like at least 7 years ago or so and I wanted to add to it. Went to the shop to talk to Jasen about the idea and was able to make an appointment. He was all about getting the concept I wanted to be the best it could be. I went in last Saturday and did a session with him for about 3 to 4 hours. He is talented in both free hand and stencil methods of getting the art on you. Line work and shading is sick. Jaysen did an amazing job on my tattoos, I get compliments all the time from people because they are so clean and well done.  I was a tattoo virgin and wasn't sure how I was going to take it but Jay and Gary both were super patient with me and were happy to answer all my annoying first timer questions.  Jay is an incredible artist and can take an idea and create a beautiful image for your tattoo.I recommend him to all people who are looking for a good tattoo place.  I originally thought I would do at least one tattoo but jay did an amazing job so I had him do my second (which turned out great and clean- so clean most people don't think it's a tattoo just writing on my skin) and I have now moved on to scheduling my third.  I'm happy with each one he does and will continue to recommend him. Jay and Gary are great guys! Jay does gorgeous work that makes me anxious to have more work done! I had a watercolor tattoo done for my first one and he did a beautiful job I get comments on it all the time. I just had my second one done Tuesday and will have my third one done in February. His stuff is beautiful, clean and unique. The shop is clean and intimate, meaning he is the only artist in the shop and the environment is personal, friendly and clean. These two guys are funny!Every time I've gone in I've had a good conversation with them. He's taken the time to address me even when he was tattooing someone else and I needed a question answered.I told him about my situation with cancer and he was honest with me and seemed genuinely concerned with my health. He was honest with what we could do with my tattoo and what we couldn't.On the day of my tattoo I showed up a bit early and he was cool with me just hanging out for a bit. He set up quickly and was very clean. He got me in and out without me feeling rushed at all. He works rapidly and beautifully. He also played a movie which was different but totally rad.The place is definitely in a weird location but they've really done the place up. The inside has all sort of neat stuff inside.Overall great experience. He seems to do the tattooing out of love for the art and not to make a quick buck. His price was fair, and the service excellent, that's why he got a decent tip.Definitely found my guy for tattooing.Will be back soon! Read Less

I've debated for a while about leaving this review, but feel like it's a must.  I was referred to Jaysen by a very close friend who also had work done.  He seemed like a good guy and like he did decent work, so I scheduled a session.   I've spent over 15 hours getting work done by him, so I have quite a bit of ink.  He claims that his 'trademark' is not putting eye's on his tattoos and leaving them "eye-less" but what he also does, is hide items within your tattoos.  What I have hidden within my tattoo and a few friends that have also had work done, is a D1CK!  A full on cack and balls!  Like I said, I'm not the only one.  I met a guy last week that also had work done by Jaysen and knows the guy on a more "personal level" and he also confirmed that Jayson does this to other people.  There are several other shops within Fullerton that do amazing work.  Do yourself a favor and go anywhere other than D1CK IN THE SKIN TATOOOS. Sent sketches via email and brought in references. He nailed it! By far my favorite tattoo I have ( I have quite a few that are all completely different.)
