I came into Beyond Kreations on 05/13/2019 on a whim because the artist I had an appointment with at a different shop bailed on me. I was initially hesitant because I like to do my research before going to a shop but yesterday I said "f it". Joshwa did my tattoo. He was very nice and accommodating during the whole process (from drawing to the actual tattooing process). He kept making sure I was okay to continue or if I needed a break. He's not heavy handed which was great for me because I'm a baby when it comes to pain. On a recent random (yet memorable) weekend, my family and I decided to all get a tattoo. We jumped in two cars and went in search for a place that would give us a small tattoo for all seven of us. We found Beyond Kreations and were greeted by the owner Marc. He was cool and friendly. We waited a little and got our tattoos done and we all walked away satisfied. I had a few tattoos that needed to be re-done and Marc did them for me. I walked away a very happy customer. went in for a second cartilage piercing and i had the best experience! i got my first cartilage piercing with a gun which wasn't the best idea haha but this place does needles and it was just a quick pinch! the guy who did my piercing was super patient and he was telling me when to breathe in and out so that it hurt less! i definitely recommend this place! This place DOES NOT accept credit cards, they have an ATM that charged me 14 extra dollars to take out cash. Worst part was my ears were already pierced so I couldn't leave and take cash out for free at a grocery store or something. I also had the strangest experience with the guy who pierced my ears, he was very nice but when we started talking about my job, he was very condescending and his tone was like he was questioning if my job was "real." I was so taken aback and shocked.I gave this place three stars cause my ears aren't infected from the piercing and it was clean. I really wanted to give 5 stars because my friends and I had fun getting our spur of the moment matching tattoos here but after just 3 days, our tattoos already look horrible. The workers are nice but we didn't pay $50 for friendliness; we wanted quality tattoos. With 4.5 stars we thought this would be the best place to go. One of us got the tattoo from Lily and it looks great. The other 2 (me and another friend) got the tattoo from Marc and it honestly looks like an amateur tatted us.I tried reaching out to Marc but all I got was him being defensive and in the end saying, "he is trying to meet in the middle".I think if the tattoo was done correctly in the first place we wouldn't even need this conversation. And our friend that got hers done from Lily has no problems with hers.Marc even brought up the fact that my friend has eczema, but I don't.. so what does that have to do with our already faded tattoos??He also mentions that we wash our hands often and that could be the reason why it looks like this, but again.. comparing the 2 finished tattoos. My tattoo still looks 100% more faded than my friends. And she works as a bedside RN while I work in an office setting and wash my hands less.This isn't my first tattoo and although its in a place that would fade faster than other places, the fact that my friend's still look perfect and the other 2 have already faded dramatically is a testament to how poorly our tattoos were done. I'll add photos to back up this review.(Top tattoo is my friends and mine is on the bottom. I get that finger tattoos don't last too long but hers looks way better). Came in for a tattoo from Jeff and it was by far the best experience at a tattoo parlor I have ever had. I had come in with a picture and an idea of a placement and possible changes and what would look best. He gave a professional opinion and guidance that was amazing and not once did I feel he wanted to change from my original idea. Before tattooing my arm he put on my favorite band (which I had never even been asked walking into a shop) it made the experience more relaxing. He was so gentle on my skin I barely felt it. I was soooo happy with the service here! I did a walk in on a Tuesday night around 9pm.  I was welcomed and helped right away. Lily was very patient with me and helped me find the best placement for what I wanted. The lotus & semi colon cost me $50 which I felt was a really good deal. During the session Lily talked me through and paused anytime I needed a break from the pain. And she was so so so sweet and understanding. Beyond Kreations went beyond my expectations. The entire staff is very welcoming and friendly. My daughter and I got matching tattoos and I finally decided to do a coverup on my arm. We had the pleasure of working with Lily and she is beyond phenomenal!! She is extremely talented and not to mention super sweet. Marc did my Tragus peircing today. He was super  welcoming,  fast, and had many options for the stud. I am a girly girl and I was fully expecting a large plain stud sticking out of my ear while it is healing, but I left with a super cute small diamond looking stud.  I also am in the process of getting a coverup tattoo done by Rito at this shop. Beyond Kreations Tattoo-1st: Lily Rodriguez and her "Breathing Art" approach to tattooing is personal, professional, "painless" (she is a very gentle and an accommodating tattoo artist in my opinion and experience) and perfect. I came in with an idea-no references just the idea-that I teach/love literature and I wanted an open book, colorful magic to resemble the imaginative power of literature and Black and grey pics/quotes from four of my favorite novels. She openly discussed realistic pricing and number of sessions with me-no BS. And then did her magic in creating a custom piece for me. Our sessions were productive and fun. Good conversation when I wanted it and the ability to rest quietly when I needed that. She knows what she is doing!2. The other tattoo artists in the shop are friendly and helpful even when they aren't tattooing you. They'll literally give you the hat off their head when you go in with a migraine and the lights are hurting your eyes. I was referred to this shop by a friend. I spoke to Marc by phone and told him what I was looking for and he sounded very interested in helping me. I mention this because that is a rare thing to find in today's tattoo shops! I showed up at 9:30PM and Marc was ready to go. I emailed him the exact design I wanted and he went to work. Within minutes he had a perfect sized stencil for my arm. He showed me the orientation on my arm, applied the stencil and started outlining. Elbow tattoos are not the most comfortable, but Marc had a perfect touch. During the entire process we talked about nostalgia and the similarities we had growing up. It's awesome when you can relate to someone doing work on you. The entire time from beginning to end was 2.5 hours and the price was extremely reasonable! I came in to have some more detail added to a very light tattoo that I had already had. Just some lining and shading. Very easy to do, very simple. Shouldn't take too long. I ended up paying $150 for a hack job on my wrist (a tattoo thats 2 inches wide by 3 inches long). Lines that aren't complete. Whole sections that weren't touched. One spot has been messed up because the line was done in the wrong direction. Poor shading. I'm now left with a bit of scarring and a tattoo that I can't hardly look at. What was sentimental to me has been ruined because it wasn't done correctly. Not only was the art work poor, but I also paid for the time it took for the artist to order his dinner in the middle of my session! Definitely a 1 star, never returning again. Read Less

I had scheduled an apt with Jeff at 12 I got there at 12 when he said he just had to do a quick neck tattoo so I went over next store to get some pizza which I didn't mind so we didn't start my tattoo till around 12:35-12:40 and we finished around 5:45 so it took around 5 hours the shop is really clean and nice. The employees are fairly nice just communicate with your artist. It was all free hand which is super cool. It was 5 bills for the whole tattoo it goes based off of time depending on your artist they have there own pricing ways. Read Less

Me and my 2 best friends came in to get matching tattoos since we grew up together and have known each other for 15+ years, we came in with the idea of a roman numeral 3 tattoo but ended up getting the coordinates of where we all met each other the first time. I came here on Friday the 13th after seeing their Facebook event! As expected, the wait took about 3-4 hours, but I mean it was well worth it. They had 9 full pages of flash tattoos as well as 3 different sizes that you can print your own design.My tattoo artist was Lily. Let me summarize this up in a few words. I asked for a realistic Lion with feathery Pheonix wings. In return finding out mid way of the tattoo, he was drinking tol 4am in Vegas.. So I got a lion with a head that is in the wrong postion of the pregnant looking lion with stick figued legs with no feet and a stick figures tail, along with a black cure as an arm. The wings look like a child scribbled red and the one wing does not match the other and has a horn to it! I asked for half my money ($450) to get tattoo removal and he can keep $450 for his time (which is more than what Marc deserved). He said rudely No along with other rude words and tons of (!!!!!) . So $900, 6 hours, for a misleading unrealistic not porportionate rubbish on my arm.Read Less
