I went into this place a few days ago with my siblings to get tattoos. I'm happy with my tattoo itself but I wasn't happy with the service. The tattoo artists were short with us, and one made several very rude comments about me in front of me. Great experience. I got my Tragus pierced about a week ago and had gotten my forward helix done there as well a few years ago. Both experiences were very pleasant. Smiley was the one who pierced my ear both times. He was very nice and explained what to expect and how to keep my piercing clean so it doesn't get infected which I have followed and it hasn't thank god :) Sterile environment and equipment. Late February 2017; Walked into the shop with my mom (since i was 17 at the time) and originally wanted to go in for a tattoo.. I was told I couldn't get a tattoo if I was underage even with my mom's approval and my mom being present. I was already bummed out but I later decided to get my tongue pierced since it was something I was putting off for a long time. I have had bad piercing experiences before. I got both my double cartilage and belly button done at a different location before, and those piercing just gave me issues and were tough to fully heal. But this time was different, Smiley made this such a calming and fast experience. I honestly didn't feel it , except a minor pinch once he was adjusting the jewelry in. I'll be honest - being a born and raised resident of Fresno, I was very apprehensive about going to a location off Belmont and Blackstone. However I was pleasantly surprised. There was plenty of parking next to the building and we were greeted immediately upon entering. The shop smelled and looked very clean. They had me fill out a form waiving their liability and asked me what I wanted done. I went in for a spur of the moment septum piercing. Smiley, the resident piercer, was with another customer but we only waited maybe 10-15 minutes. He took us right back after he cleaned and prepped. The piercing took literally 5 seconds. He does it freehand which I think is rare nowadays. Smiley was very thorough on aftercare instructions.A few notes - the take cash only. There is a Valero around the corner with an ATM.Also they dont allow photos or filming of the procedures. So if you're there with friends hoping for an awesome Insta post of your pain therapy - you won't be able to get that here.My piercing was $20 but we made sure to tip. Wasn't too sure where I should go for my first tattoo and I read some good reviews about this place so I gave it a try. I'm so glad I did, the guys here were so helpful and made me feel comfortable. I got a nose piercing ($15) and compared to the place I went before, this piercing didn't hurt at all and Smiley actually told me what kind of metal it was beforehand. I am allergic to most metals so I was relieved to hear they only use the good stuff. I got my belly button pierced by Smiley! I went in right when they opened @ 12pm. And it was my first time at a tattoo parlor so I was not sure what to expect. Everything was professional and quick! He got my license and I initiated some paper work. Before you know it I'm laying down and I got my belly pierced! He explained the whole procedure and made me feel comfortable! I would rate the initial pain of the needle going thru a 6/10. But hen it goes away instantly! The clamps did NOT hurt at all like people were saying! I paid $15 for it! Have been here twice once for a piercing of my own and another time to pierce my daughters ears for her 6th birthday. I tried Claire's but the girls working didn't seem like either of them wanted to do it and I knew I wasn't going to let them touch her ears so I called here. They let me know that the piercing is done by needle rather than the gun, I was concerned at first until I read the benefits of having ears pierced by needle. She had the best experience ever with Smiley, as did I, he explained to her what he was doing and she was out within a couple minutes with no tears but only smiles. She claims that she didn't even feel it, her ears healed so nice and quickly. I seen that this shop had pretty good ratings so I decided to go in and get my nose re pierced. The customer service is great and smiley was a cool guy, only thing is not even a month of having my nose piercing in it got infected. I cleaned my piercing twice a day sometimes even more because I hate germs and I work around people and handle money. I had my nose pierced before so I know what it's like to take care of it. Don't be deterred by the sketch location/exterior, once you step through the door it's a pretty cool establishment. Smiley greeted me and processed my paperwork. He was very friendly and I appreciated that because of my nerves. I had my septum pierced and all in all I would say it was a good experience, and at only $20 how could you go wrong? My piercing has healed up nicely in the weeks that followed. I read a review about someone's septum piercing being crooked right after and that was true. If you Google 'crooked septum piercing' however, you quickly discover that that's normal initially due to swelling and two weeks later mine is straight as a board. My one complaint is that I wasn't able to pick my jewelry (guess that's why it's $20). The jewelry that Smiley uses is sufficient but it was a little short for my nose so it just barely peeked out of my nostrils. I went in yesterday, 3/16/17, around 5:30pm to get my septum RE PIERCED. I have never been here before. I had just looked around on Yelp and decided to go to the cheapest place. WRONG DECISION. By the way, it was $20 for a septum piercing here. My other option was going to High Class Tattoo like I had the first time for my septum and paying $40. It would have been $20 more but it would have saved me the pain I got at this place. There were three girls waiting before me to get tattooed. I was greeted by a man who didn't give me his name nor did I ask for it. I filled out paperwork and signed some release documents within the next 10 minutes. During those ten minutes of waiting, three more young girls came in and one of them wanted there nipples pierced. I handed in my release forms and 5 minutes after assisting the other young girl, he then told me to come to the back and told the other girl who was planning on getting her nipples pierced that she would be going after me. I had let my piercer know that I've previously had my septum pierced and told him for how long I had it and how long ago I took it out. I was waiting for him to have an input as to where the piercing should be placed this time given the information I just gave him.But go no input. I then asked if I should take my glasses off before he pierced me and he said "Yeah, in a sec". He goes on to examine my nose by sticking his fingers inside my nostrils to (I assume) feel for the old scar tissue. Not to sure because he wasn't communicating with me the entire time. He then proceeds to get the clamps, put them in my nose, doesn't even give me a warning or even asks me to take a deep breath, and sticks the needle through my nose. It hurt way more the first time and it didn't even go through the old scar tissue because he told me you can't re pierce in the same spot. He didn't bother to mark my nose with a pen, ask where I wanted the placement, tell me before hand about not piercing in the same spot. Once he put the needle in, he proceeds to put in the jewelry that I didn't even get to pick. He then says, "Okay lets go up front" not even giving me a mirror or time to find a mirror against the wall and examine the piercing to see if I even like it. I understand I should have asked more questions but I figured they were professionals who worked here. But I guess he was more interested in piercing a young girls chest then taking his time to give his undivided, "professional" opinion and attention to someone who just wanted a septum piercing done.Called today for a refund because I do not trust him to try and re pierce it since he couldn't do it right the first time.He told me then that you can't re pierce through old scar tissue and since my jewelry is a curved barbell that THATS the reason my piercing looks crooked. Refund denied and just told to wait a few weeks. Very unhappy with the results. Read Less

So this place is absolutely amazing (: I told them two ideas of what I wanted, they jumped on the computer, printed those ideas then the guy put them together as one. And the tattoo is awesome.
