I got my nose piercing here along with two of my other friends (nose piercing and navel piercing). We went on a Monday because they have a $10 off piercings, so we all paid $10 each. I would have given them five stars, but eveytime I called in the span of two weeks no one answered. Miraculously they answered the Monday we decided to go and were able to address my questions. Another thing was that the piercer was out for dinner and no one called her to let her know customers were waiting, so we ended up waiting for about 45 minutes before she finally returned. Other than those two issues, the piercer had a gentle touch and she was efficient and quick with the piercings. She got done with the three of us within five minutes. Don't bother calling because the employees will not pick up their phone. Anyways, I got my first tattoo here years ago and it was a great experience. I forgot the tattoo artist's name but he was hilarious and made my first tattoo experience a fun and memorable one. Recently, I got some piercings done from the shop. Not the best customer service because no one acknowledges you once you step into the shop. It was pretty packed and there was a sign-in sheet for piercings. The piercer would go through the list of names in order. After you sign in, you will also have to sign a form with your information, etc. Hold on to that form with your id ready so that when the piercer calls your name, you will be ready to go. I'm telling you this because no one told me what to do when I first walked in. I do want to note that the prices were affordable, which probably explains the low quality service. When the lady pierced my ears, she didn't warn me before sticking the needle in nor did she mark the area. All she did was cleaned my ear really fast and pierced my ear without warning. However, she was very sweet but her service and unprofessionalism as a piercer was not the best. Read Less

I went to All Inkd up to get a tragus piercing. There were two people at the front desk, a man and a lady, and as I stood at the desk waiting for assistance, it was 3 minutes before they even acknowledged me. I was basically invisible I guess, idk. As for the piercing experience, my piercer was super nice and did a great job. A few weeks later, I call the place for questions about my piercing, and there’s no answer. I know they’re not busy, so there’s no reason why a business has NO ONE to answer calls regarding questions about the place. just horrible Read Less

Brought my daughter in for a septum piercing tonight. She had been looking forward to getting it done for years. Unfortunately, the piercing was done crooked. We went back in and asked the girl about it and she said the hole was straight ... well yes it is BUT the left side is too close to the front of her nose :( it does not hang straight and NO the ring is not bent funky making the hole look lopsided. Seemed like a good place but I wouldn't know because each time I went the piercer wasn't there. This problem could have been avoided if someone would answer the phone. I went in a week ago to get pierced by Monica. Since I was getting a piercing in a really sensitive spot I did my research and read great reviews about how quick and professional she is. I got 2 piercings in 1 day from her and I have to say she's by far the best person I've ever gone to. She's very professional, quick and clean and explains the process and aftercare with you. Monica was really nice when telling me what to expect for my piercing I had no appointment and just put my name on the list and was only there maybe 30 mins at the most the prices seemed really reasonable to me for piercings. I went in here to get some gauging in my ears. I don't know anything about gauging but have had several piercings. I went from having regular pierced ears to 8mm gauges. I wasn't clear on what was going to be left in my ears but the piercer left the tapers in my ears and they were secured in with the black stoppers on each side. My ears were so swollen and itchy when I left. I went to my normal piercer I've know for years in the town where I live because after I got the gauging done I read online tapers should not be used nor left in because they can cause stress on the healing tissue. The look on my piercer face when I showed him what had been done was priceless. He took the tapers out immediately and put in 16mm I believe. Apparently you should only go one size up not like three. He said this person doesn't seem to know what they were doing. My ears were so swollen my lobes looked red and shiny. This was for gauging so maybe she's better at regular piercing? I don't know. But if someone tries to,leave tapers in walk away. Read Less

I went in on 12/01/14 with my husband to get a tattoo each. We were meeting with Sal. From the get go he was very easy to get along with, considering it was the first time meeting us. The atmosphere is very comfortable, and if you've been to tattoo shops before, the more comfortable you feel, the more likely you are to return.
