Sin is amazing! My friend and I brought in our 5yo daughters for their first ear piercings and they were excited as well as nervous. Sin talked them through the entire process and taught them breathing exercises to calm their nerves. Even when my daughter cried a tiny bit during the first ear, he got her breathing and calm within seconds. So much calmer and cleaner than a piercing gun, too! Read Less

By far the best experience I'd had in a long time. I wanted to pierce my nose again because since I gave birth I removed all my piercings. I went to a shop near Downtown Mountain View and I had a very bad experience with the piercer there so I left the place before getting anything done. Not in this shop, they are super friendly and make you feel welcome, I was just planning to pierce my nose but I felt so at home that I pierced the tragus I was missing and buy couple other things. Kim was great! As a first timer, she really made me feel at ease. She persuaded me to change the placement of my tattoo and got the picture absolutely correct.
