First thing, Jesse, you are an AMAZING FCKN tattoo artist!This review is based on a really big tattoo project for me.My tattoo story is long, and complicated. I wont bore you with details. When I first met Jesse, he looked at my tribal sleeves on both arms, neck and chest that was started by someone else, who was a referral by a friend. Jesse made some honest criticisms of my tribal sleeves and how bad my tribal sleeves were done. Jesse's criticisms made me feel embarrassed and upset. After thinking about what Jesse said to me, I realized that he was right, my tribal sleeves were bad. I had nothing to really compare the work with and didn't know any better. I really felt like SHIT, then! So after talking to Jesse more, I hired Jesse to finish my tribal sleeves.Long story short, Jesse did an amazing FCKN job redoing my tribal sleeves on both arms, chest and neck. The work Jesse did was in no comparison to what I had done by the previous tattoo person.Jesse was very professional, he really takes his job FCKN seriously. Jesse is a freak about detail to the tattoo work he is doing for you. His name and reputation is on your body permanently. Jesse wants to make sure it's near perfect. I am very thankful that I found Jesse and that I had him finish my tribals. He did an amazing job. If your looking for your first tattoo or even maybe try out a new tattoo artist, i highly recommend Jesse. The shop is always clean and always playing music. It's a really cool place to hang out. This place is very friendly, past clients come by the shop just to hang out with Jesse. I know, cause I met many of them.I will probably be one of them too..lolLastly, I recommend asking Jesse about a numbing cream called "Dr. Numb". This shit really works and there is a process to have it work right. I came here to get my nose pierced and the guy was super friendly and did the piercing super quick, it didn’t even hurt! I have a lot of anxiety when it comes to needles so I ended up fainting but Jesse took really good care of me and even gave me water and soda and a snickers bar to help me. Went there to inquire and ask them if they can do an asian tribal tattoo on my forearm . The guy said he has no idea and does not know how to make one . Really  ? Didn't even look at the picture I was trying to show him . I don't know about this place . They seem not to like customers . No effort given . Might as well and start looking somewhere else who are more professional and knowledgeable in their craft . Not recommending this one . One star because I can't give a Zero score . I just came here to get my medusa pierced. It's Sunday 5:13 pm, the shop is advertised that it's open from 10am-10pm everyday. The shop was closed, no one around. Last night, on my way home I seen Inkspot tattoo and asked my Boyfriend to stop and check out the cost of doing a Hawaiian Flower on my elbows. I walked up and this guy Matt introduced himself (very friendly) and I showed him a picture and then he showed me his pictures. Matt made me feel so comfortable answering all my question and being honest with me about how pain-full it will be. I didn't care because I have a foot tatt and thought if I can do this, I can do my elbow. Came back the next day Matt was ready on time to start the elbow tattoo. Matt is very up front but has a great personality. All I can say about this place is everyone seemed friendly and helpful and professional. I would recommend this place to everyone I know. Just got my back piece done by Jake. Met him at the tattoo convention in Pomona in July. He loves what he does and is bad ass at doing it. I'll post some pics up top . It's a circus theme. After talking to atleast 30 artists there . He showed the most interest in what I had in mind. I couldn't be happier at the moment. I had a couple bad tattoos that I got yrs ago. He covered them up. I suggest if your looking for a tattoo. Find someone that specializes in the style you want. Some are better at realism and some are better at a lot of line work and traditional. the first time i went to this location was to get some earring changed out. they were the titanium rings with the little balls, so i needed to get them done by a pro. this place was close to home, so i thought i'd give it a shot. jay, the artist, was very gentle, and made sure he didn't tug on them and hurt me. a few weeks later, i wanted to get some more detail added to an existing tattoo on my left ankle, winding down to the top of my foot! he was very detail oriented, and had a very light hand. his fiance' works at the shop with him and she's a really cool lady! she and i talked through the whole procedure with took about 2 1/2 hours. i DO plan on going back to that artist for my next tattoo!!!holly cagle Read Less
