Just got my nose pierced by David. The process was fast, pretty painless and great price ($25). Unfortunately, I'm dissatisfied with customer service here. Once my nose was pierced, I got up to look in the mirror And saw that my nose ring had a pink stone. Most shops give you a general crystal type stone or give you options. I said to David "I didn't know that I was getting a pink stone in my nose" he replied "well that's all we got". I was referred to this place my friend. We drove out excited to get pierced. We walked in no one acknowledged us. We were standing there and no one greeted us or looked at us. They were having there own conversation for a couple of minutes before looking at us. The piercer wasn't even in, they told us to come back another day. My second attempt with the company even after the rude encounter, I gave them another chance. I called and the guy answered. I asked if the piercer was there so we can come in. He clearly asks the piercer with me listening on the phone if he was there today. The piercer says no, I'm not here. I got a small tattoo by Alex. He's a funny guy and the tattoo was painless. I went in knowing what I wanted but then I was having second thoughts. My experience was quite great until, well, I realized they gave me an unusually small gauge for my industrial piercing. The typical gauge size is 14g, but the piercer, David, made the receptionist go back and get an 16g instead. I was not the most aware of gauge sizes then, and now I am sitting in my bed with a 14g barbell in a 16g hole in pain because I bought a couple of piercings that I can't return, and I wanted the normal size in the first place. Why didn't he tell me that he was giving me an abnormal size, where I can only buy piercings on the internet?! It seems to me that this was easily a tactic to get me to come over again and re-pierce my ear and spend more money. I'm going somewhere else for my next 6 piercings I planned to get with them. I came here with a friend to get my nipples pierced. The receptionist is a nice young lady, but seems like she hates her job. She was very nice as I just mentioned, so she probably just looks serious all the time or she was haiving a bad day?? I did not have to wait long. I just filled out some papers and waited for the peircer to get everything ready. If it matters the couches they have in the front are in horriible condition. The leather is all ripped out and the foam and springs were popping out of the couch which can hurt someone one day. ANYWAYS. I feel like a bad person for not getting his name but the peircer was amazing! He made sure I had my privacy and kept asking me how I felt during the whole time. He was quick and sanitary. He did not make me feel uncomfortable being shirtless and kept it very professinal. He answered all my questioins and gave me tips on how to care for my piercing while it heals. He was very nice and told me there is no dumb question because he understand this is all new to me and that he will answer them promptly. My friend who wanted to get a piercing was not able to because they did not have the piercing avilable but he was kind enough to get her number so the receptionist can give her a call at the end of the week when they do get it. I got pierced twice by David .I got my belly button pierced first and about 2 month later it rejected and left a nasty scar. Then I went back for my septum a few years later and he pierced it noticeably crooked . All the tattoo shops I go to has nothing but bad things to say about him. I would definitely not recommend him. Got my tragus pierced here the guy put a very short earing( after telling him that i allways get really swollen) so when my ear swelled it swallowed the back of it had to pull to whole thing out from the front. Read Less

I first went to Ink Pagoda several years back I believe to have on an artist by the name of Alex fix a tattoo that was done for me actually he fixed too and I've been with him ever since he's awesome he's kind talks to you through the process makes you feel comfortable he's very light-handed and I've had on my tattoos done by him I would not go to anybody else he sits with me goes over the artwork what has to be done and I love that hi again I will not go anywhere else in fact I'm getting ready for another one he's done about five six of my tattoos Read Less

Yesterday, I experienced a truly amazing tattoo artist... Ben Loredo, who not only does a fantastic job with the actual artwork/tattoo, but is also SO NICE. I was freaking out all day...and even though it was my second tattoo, I was super anxious but Ben made it so much easier with his great personality. The pain was there for sure especially towards the end and when he'd get closer to the back of my calf (never realised this area would be so tender), but he did warn me about that area and even avoided getting my tattoo too close to that area; I also got 3 short breaks which were the perfect amount of time to regain my composure and to stretch etc...I'm so appreciative and happy that Ben decided to take on my vision for an original Zombie Cheshire Cat and do my tattoo; his artistic talent is amazing. His calmness really made the whole experience that much easier and my tattoo looks amazing, (despite a little distraction in the parlor which was completely entertaining and a bit funny).HIGHLY recommend!!! Nice modern clean shop! The artist and receptionist are very friendly and welcoming. The owner does the piercings himself and you can tell he specializes in the subject. He did my septum and smiley pricing and they came out perfect! I've been coming here for 3 years now. I've gotten all my portraits tattoos done by Rudy Martinez. Super clean and healed perfect.
