Luis did an amazing job on my most recent tattoo.  His consultation was informative and his recommendation helped me decide where I wanted my tattoo placed.  He took the time to add detail to the design to make it more unique.  His attention to detail is on point.  The shop is in a great location, very clean and decorated nicely.  Black Filigree Tattoo is a great addition to Fallbrook.  I will definitely be going back and have recommended Luis and the shop to all my friends. I came here to get a touch-up from Elle on a piece she started at the San Marcos location last year.  I'm an out-of-towner and happened to be in the area on a road trip with my brother but Elle was totally willing to work with our schedule.  She even drove all the way from a meeting in LA to meet us at the shop!  It's a bit smaller than the other location but just as nice and stylish.  It faces out onto the street so you have a view while getting worked on and there's a TV up on the wall too.  I think my brother appreciated that since he's not a tattoo guy and was pretty much just waiting for me to get my work done before we hit the road again.  Haha.  As always, excellent service and a fun time.  Look forward to coming back here and any other Black Filigree shops that open in the future!
