I just went in to get my first tattoo on my birthday and Beth, who was supposed to do my tattoo, argued with me that I did not have an appointment with her today after scheduling my appointment and taking my deposit three weeks ago. She asked me to email my image to her, which I did, and she said she did not get the email. I asked for my deposit back because she clearly was not prepared and as a customer getting their first tattoo, that made me uneasy. She argued with me sayi...ng that she would not give me my deposit back. I showed her my receipt, she snatched my debit card and credited my account. I asked for her manager's name, and let her know that she handled herself unprofessionally. With that being said, she called me a bitch as I was walking out the door. Spent over $200 there between me and my sister and the tattoos are faded a week after we got them. And when we go back to talk to the artist she tells us she is moving and maybe someone else can help us. Now we have to pay for our tattoos to be fixed by their horrible work, the manager is never there for anyone to talk to. And Sonja (the artist) tries blaming the fact it didn't stick on my sister and I. But when I told her it was because she isn't heavy handed and diluted the ink with water she confessed and said that it was true. So because of her lack of experience with tattooing I have to pay to have her "work" fixed, when I spent $120 on it the first time. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHOP FOR TATTOOS. Read Less

Called and talked to "zeb" hope I spelled it right after being a dumbass and stretching my ears with plastic gauges, Zeb talked with me and let me know that my right ear lobe ripped after going from 8 to a 6 gauge, I paid for the tunnels he recommended for the healing process and I am very happy, H&H is a really nice place well kept and I will be returning for future jewelry and maybe a tattoo......thanks again Zeb. First off: Location is correct. REALLY LOOK FOR HIS BUILDING. It's easy to miss, but look for his signs. It's blends in since it looks like it's flat against a wall, but the location is accurate. Also: Call in to see what the business hours are like until some time February 2016 because Sam is a lil short staffed. And with that being said, he puts in work for all who come through his door. He was just about to close up shop after working twice the amount a lil after seven when my friend and I came in. He welcome us, made us comfortable, and let us make sure we looked at our piercing alignments. It was an amazing experience and he didn't get mad at all no matter how much I screamed. Sam also was great at communicating with us and guiding us through our piercings. He was comedic yet professional, willing to answer any questions, so it definitely helped us feel better about the situation. I was very apprehensive after my last tattoo which was an ugly dragon head. I brought a picture painted on a rock of the dragon I wanted to cover my old one. Jim looked at the rock and made a picture of it and over the next two hours performed a miracle. I now have a lovely detailed dragon that completely covers the old mess. Thank you Jim. Love this place! I've had several tatts done, but the one by Sam is by far still the one that is the most well done! I moved to nevada and am sill considering driving 144 miles to have y next tatt done there. The other artists appear to be very talented too!
