I had my eyebrows done by Debi Walker, and I could not be more extatic!  She exceed my expectations as far as choosing the perfect shape and color, which is extremely important when having permanent make-up done.  The whole procedure was pain free, actually kinda relaxing lol. I am a plus sized woman, and have had so many horrible experiences dealing with women in the beauty industry in the past; women can be so catty (surprising right!). This was NOT one of those times! Everyone, from the first moment you walk in, makes you feel important and respected. I will definitely be recommending my friends and loved ones to Salon Jolee! I can't say enough about Debi Walker and her staff at Salon Jolie. I am always greeted with a smile and kindness when I come in and the salon is beautiful, so blingy! As for Debi, she is an amazing permanent makeup artist. After having a double mastectomy and feeling like my breasts would never look the same, Debi's 3D tattooing made me whole again. It is truly amazing what she can do and I have to say, I look better than pre-surgery! I later went to Debi and had my eyebrows enhanced. They were thin, had a few open spots and no arch. I now have beautiful brows that actually made me look younger, and I have a beautiful arch! She skillfully creates individual hairs instead of filling in a line,( which doesn't look rea)l. SEVERAL years ago I discovered 'Permanent Makeup'. And In a 'Plastic Surgeon's' office I had my eyes, brows, and lips done.  (Having PERMANENT makeup tattooed on your FACE requires a lot of investigation before you make this commitment.)  Once it goes on... it's there for a long, long time.  You certainly do NOT want someone who doesn't have a great deal of knowledge, and skill working on your face. - As years wear on, so does the ink in the tattoos.- After several years.... I was needing a touch-up, as my eyeliner and brows had all but disappeared.  I called to make an appointment at the plastic surgeon's office only to discover that their permanent makeup artist had retired. --- Thus started my quest in "trying" to locate a TRUE professional who could do the tattooing properly. - I called many places,  looking, asking plastic Surgeon's offices for referrals, reading reviews... on and on it went. - When I called 'Salon Jolie' I mentioned to them that the lady, who worked at the plastic surgeon's office had retired, and I was having to look for another permanent makeup artist. - I quickly discovered that 'MY' retired permanent makeup artist was having "Debi"do her makeup.  (Debi just happened to be the owner of Jolie's Salon.)   I couldn't get a better recommendation than knowing that a plastic surgeon's permanent makeup tattoo artist was having her makeup done at this salon.  -- I made an appointment, spoke at length with Debi, set an appointment to have both in brows, and eyeliner done. -  Took only a couple visits and I have to say the finished product was wonderful, and actually it was better than what I had done at the plastic surgeon's office.  Debi did 3D hair eyebrows. Totally loved it.  Took time to make certain that the ink would match my skin tone.  Minimal discomfort, and was healed in less than a week. - *Jolie's Salon isn't as professional looking as a plastic surgeon's office, and there is the chatter of the customers in the other room who are having their hair done... but overlooking that, I will say Debi's work met my extreme expectations.  And YES I will recommend her,   (I  waited almost one year to write this review, as I wanted to see if the tattoo work would stand the test of time. Yes, you will have to have routine touch ups here and there after a few years, that is normal.  My permanent makeup looks as fresh as it did a year ago.  How nice to wake up each morning and look lovely.  100% satisfied. I'm shocked to see any negative reviews for Debi, and the salon! I have had my eyeliner, and lips done. I loved mine so much that I gifted my mom to have lips, and eyebrows done. My mom and I both look fantastic!!! The colors are gorgeous, Debi made a lip color that I get compliments on all the time, and my eyeliner is perfect. Debi FIXED MY LIPS after another esthetician in Sacramento ruin them with a permanent makeup lip shading procedure that left my lips with discoloration on the top lip. I been wanting to fix them for some time but been afraid to spend more money and ruin my lips even more. I had wanted to get permanent brows for a long time but have been nervous because I have seen such horrible ones on people, (pink, blue, weird shapes) and they are forever! Two of my friends at work went to Debi Walker at salon Jolie and they looked so beautiful a great improvement in their looks. Brows are so important. They are the frame for your face. She takes great care in placement, which is key. I still have hair on my brows but she moved them a bit different than where I normally pencil and did such a nice shade of taupe. Debi Walker has completely transformed my permanent eyeliner. My eyeliner was done improperly by a different technician.Not only was the eyeliner crooked, but it extended into the inner part of they eye, making my eyes look smaller. I thought I would be stuck with this for life, but Debi was able to fix it and make it look absolutely beautiful. with Salon Jolie. From the minute I walked in I was happy. They had the cutest little Christmas shaped cookies. Okay, they tasted like sawdust. But A for effort! I really like the decor and it felt both stylish and upscale. I noticed that they do just about everything, and I'm coming back for a massage and facial soon. I felt the owner was very unprofessional and did not do a good job. The same day after calling to confirm my follow up appointment she called and canceled and could not fit me in for an extra week.(this was the second time she rescheduled) My eybrows are uneven and very in need of touch up. I have friends who paid less then the 200 I spent and theirs look so much better. I would not reccommend this business at all. Read Less

When I made the appointment to see Jeremy Dukes at Salon Jolie I was very apprehensive and nervous about going through with getting permanent makeup. When I arrived and Jeremy escorted me to his work area I felt like the salon was very welcoming and cozy. After he explained the proceedure to me I felt much better and comfortable with his expertise. He talked to me in great detail about what I wanted and what would work best for my look. I was getting permanent eyebrows. We discussed the shape and color that would enhance my face. By the time he started to work on me I totally trusted his judgement. I was surprised at the low degree of pain during the process. I couldn't wait for him to finish so I could see the new me! He warned me that there might be some swelling and that the eyebrows would be darker than they would end up being after the healing stage. I felt like I was on "Extreme Makeover"...I grabbed the mirrow from him and looked...WOW! I was plesantly surprised! I loved them! They looked so good. I have been struggling for years trying to draw on my own eyebrows. Every morning I would be anxious about getthing them to look the same. Every time I look in the mirrow I love them even more. You don't know how good it feels to be able to wash your face and look in the mirrow and still have your eyebrows! As I hummed the tune "Taps" I threw away my eyebrow makeup!
