I went in looking to get my my ears pierced as well as get my first tattoo. Brandon handled the piercing and it was over before I knew it. He did it with such ease and I hardly even felt anything. Ray worked on my tattoo afterwards and that hour that I sat there flew by. He worked diligently and efficiently and I'm very pleased with how the tattoo came out. I needed to get a cover-up and I found the photo I wanted. Ray went above and beyond the call of duty with his artist talents. He wasn't a weirdo tattoo artist, I had to get work done all the way below the hip. He was extremely patient and gentle, making sure I was comfrontable. The shop was clean and they put me in a private setting so my body wouldn't be hanging out. It was a great experience the tattoo cost 300 but it was worth it. Shout out to Brandon for piercing my nipples he was knowledable and very professional .. So I just got a nostril piercing here. And I'm thoroughly disappointed. The guy was nice, but he didn't ask where to pierce on my nose - he just did it. And in a spot I've never seen pierced before. Came here for my first tattoo , I did something simple and got the scorpius constellation . Jen was my tattooist and I must say she was gentle and I was comfortable . I do plan to come back in the future to do more work with Jen . The shop takes $40 deposit during your consultation towards your tattoo not bad . Friendly and easy going staff. Read Less

I DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING HERE FOR CARTILAGE PIERCINGS!!! I went there was my sister and we both got a double helix. The guy was super nice and professional but a day later the back of the ear ring  fell off.  I thought no biggie I'll just go to another shop close to my house and get a replacement. When I asked the people about my piercing and said I should start over. They said the shop used too cheep of metal and it was more likely to get infected. This review is for Jack. My daughter broke her arm and had to get a cast, so we decided to add some art work to it. We were very pleased to meet Jack, he was very friendly and we were highly impressed with his talent and patience. I called and sent him the image of what my daughter had in mind and within an hour he was ready to see us. Jack did an amazing job on my daughter's cast, made suggestions on what to add and made her feel super comfortable with the whole experience. I couldn't have asked for a better artist. This was a first for us and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. Having a cast is not much fun but with the new artwork my daughter sure is happy to show it off!Also, the shop is super clean and everyone there was very friendly. Got my nose and lip pierced at the same time here. My piercer was Jolt, he was really nice and professional. Get this my nose was done so well, I was blowing my nose the same day it was pierced. No problems ever.My lip went really well too....I slacked on cleaning it the first couple days cause it never hurt....not a good move on my part, you have to keep that stuff clean. Extremely impressed with Jolt and the whole experience. Best piercer I've had .....and I've had 10-20 piercings prior, by different people. Read Less

Friendly people. Nice and clean environment, which is a biggie for me. I have gotten three piercings on my face, and a nose pierce at the shop in Vista, and because I was able to follow instructions on how to keep clean an open wound, I loved the results. I recently walked in to get a quote on a tattoo I wanted to book an appointment. I gave the artist my idea and he was a able to put it together for me it was more of what I had in mind it was perfect I can tell he put so much effort in it. I ended up getting it done that day I could wait to get started on it. everyone was so friendly. I felt so comftable.  I would totally recommend this place for someone first time or someone who had a bad experience with other shop and experience rude artist who seem to just be after your money. a tattoo is on our skin for ever and it's a must for us to be happy with it. The first time i walked in i wasn't expecting to get a tattoo i was going in to look into the artist they had but i was welcomed right away and said to myself why not just do it! i felt so spontaneous i said F*** it! have in mind this was my first tattoo so i was scared. one of the artist offered to hold my hand throughout the whole time unless he got a client come in and it made me feel at home, yes he held my hand for like minute lol. i got my right collar bone and shoulder done and i absolutely love it! i couldn't ask for anything better! i just went in yesterday and got the matching one on my left side and its amazing! Horrible piercings!!! I went on there on their 4th of July event to get my nose done and its been infected ever since. It was pierced incorrectly and now I have to suffer if I want to keep it in. My friend also got his nose done and had a huge lisp, requiring he take it out. Do not go here!!I've now taken it out and I'm waiting for it to heal so I can go somewhere else and get it repierced!!
