I Had used Mithra 1" white disposable tubes for years, and recently the company has changed the diameter on the tube, so now the chuck of several of my machines cannot tighten down on the tube. This came to my attention on my last order which was a couple of months ago. When I contacted them about this, they had no idea what I was talking about , much less any real idea about the product itself. The person I talked with did admit that there had been other inquires about this same issue. I had to return the tubes, and have since found another dealer, but at a much higher price. Today I tried to reach out again, and find out if there was any changes to this issue. The first person I spoke with was at the California location, and did not have ant concept of what I was talking about or how the product worked with the machine. The second was at the New York location, and I was told that it was not their product , but my machine! This is a bit strange, considering that I've used their tubes for four years now, and never had any issues. Now all of a sudden, it's my machine that has changed! This is what we call really BAD seller to client service. When A business dumps a clients valid concern back on to them, that is called NOT CARING ABOUT WHO GIVES YOU THEIR HARD EARNED MONEY!
