I got both of my ears frontal helix pierced today and bless Eddie for being so patient with me because I make noises and flinched a couple times and I apologized but he told me not to worry, my right ear got pierced a little crooked because I moved a little, and Eddie was honest about it being crooked and did it again for me. I buy nose rings here all the time and finally decided to upgrade my nose ring to the Neometal ring because I was convinced that it was worth the money. After less than a week of purchasing my $75 nose ring, it FELL OUT & when I called in to tell them how disappointed I was, I was told "if you don't find the pieces there's no proof that we sold you something defective" and that it "was common sense that if you lose something, it's just lost." After I kept reiterating the fact that the nose ring they told me doesn't come out fell out without me noticing so I clearly didn't have the pieces to give them I was told to come in and buy another one "at a discount." Shady.  Our 14 year old daughter had her bellybutton illegally pierced here December 28, 2018. We confronted them about it.   Lying through his teeth, he asked us who did the piercing, when it was done, refused to produce the consent form, etc. We later discovered, it was him that did the piercing, him that did it illegally, and he is actually the owner of the business. I luv this shop! It is ultra clean and the Staff are nothing short of amazing! My artist is John White and he is brilliant! I have multi pieces by John and planning several more! Super professional and my nose piercing has healed nicely. Some piercers are weird about asking to move a piercing higher or lower but it was nice that he agreed to redraw the dot higher. The guy piercing it even said I had a cute nose which really boosted my confidence about my lil Filipino nose :) I was in the shop for about 10 minutes total and left a happy camper. This is the worst place I've ever been. I went to get my ears pierced and the guy wasn't any friendly and he pierced my ears not even, one is more at the center which is good but my left one he did it more down and close to the edge of my ear 😔 it looks really uneven and im not happy at all with it. Where do I start? I took my Daughter to get a nose piercing today, something she's been wanting to do for over a year now. The person who did her piercing was RJ, and he was absolutely amazing! He has outstanding customer service skills, especially given that he is as young as he is. He is very very good at what he does, he talked her through each step of the procedure, he is meticulous in his work, has a very calm and soothing  way in how he works. And his clean up and sterilization process is top notch. The price was very reasonable, and we left with him giving her very thorough and clear instructions on what she needs to do to care for the piercing. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to get a body piercing. I would also like to mention that as we were leaving we got to see a finished tattoo that was done by Kevin. So on a whim, my sister and i showed up as walk-in guests today. She was looking to get a quote and I was looking for a smaller memorial piece for my baby sister. Initially took my 6 month old here to get her ears pierced by Eddie. He did a great job, explained the process, was very patient and attentive with us. I would recommend both parents go or at least two adults when going in for infant piercing so you can hold the baby still. The following week I went back with my mother in law to get her nosed pierced by Eddie. He remembered us which was nice. He patiently explained the process to my mother in law and helped her pick out the appropriate jewelry to fit what she wanted. I called  because I was concerned my naval piercing ( which I got done in Tijuana) was healing slowly. The owner answered and was extremely professional and told me to come right in so he could take a look at it. When I got to the shop they remembered my name and why I called and we went to the back for him to take a look. Everything is so clean and the piercing room is very sterile. If you come in for ears piercings. Make sure the price they tell you is for both ears. Please ask if it’s for both side. It’s happened to me . I end up have to paid another $40 bucks for the other side. I cane in to get my ears piercings and ask how much it would cost for Both and the guy said $45 . So I went ahead and do it. After he pier my one side then he said done. I ask him what about this side ? He said he only charged me for one. I happened to be in the mall getting by phone fixed and decided to walk into the shop with an idea for a tattoo I wanted. I left a deposit and Carranza created my tattoo over the weekend. Would never recommend for kids! Took my two daughters there after calling to see if they pierced childrens’s ears. It hurt so much that both refused to get their second ear done. Took them to Claire’s the same day, and both had no problem getting second ear pierced. The gun is a lot faster and less painful! IT GETS WORSE ! One week later, one of my daughters had the earring from here lodge into her earlobe while she was sleeping. We had to take her to a specialist at Radys to get it removed. The doctor said that the head of the earring was too small, and that they have seen a lot of cases similar to ours. This place may be fine for adults, but it definitely was a nightmare for my girls! I went in for a nose re-piercing on Saturday...I'd gone to Dutch Touch about 6 months ago and after two weeks the damn stud fell out and I couldn't find it anywhere...by the time I'd purchase another one to poke it through as a replacement, the piercing had closed up . I came January with two forward helix piercings gone bad. Eddie helped me take them out and then he did two beautiful forward helix piercings on the other side. I will admit seeing a tattoo and piercing parlor in a mall made me laugh and a little hesitant. Well let me just say how amazing this shop was. I went out on a limb and had my double helix pierced. I was so impressed by the work the gentleman at the time did. (The above gentle man is not the piercer praised below. )A few months later I had an itch to get my tragus pierced. When I walked In Eddie greeted me, reviewed everything from paper work to after care with me, showed me jewelry, and had me check the placement of the marker before piercing. He is very knowledgeable and talked me through the whole thing. It was smooth sailing and no complications. Needless to say I went back two more times for a double cartilage and my belly button, and we covered all the above bases again. I was way more nervous about having my belly button pierced, but he explained it just like all the rest. He was even able to help decrease some of the anxiousness with some jokes and puns. Lots of laughter. Very outstanding customer service. Another thing that stuck out was the level of cleanliness and sanitation. Hands were washed, station and jewelry were cleaned right there in front of you, and if a piece of jewelry was dropped he got a brand new piece. I went back a few days later because I had some increased swelling and pain in my double cartilage, and he was able to show me how to treat it. My daughter's 15th birthday was yesterday... she has wanted her nose pierced for quite some time. My awesome husband took me here on a surprise date night to get my nose pierced. I have wanted one for the longest time, just never made time to get it done. We were immediately greeted by Eddie, the owner who was in the middle of helping another customer but still made sure to acknowledge us and told us he would be with us shortly. Once he was done with the other customers he showed us our options for the nose piercing and was straight forward without any hard selling which I appreciated! I went on about a week and a half ago to get my right daith pierced by Eddie for migraines. Even though I have weird tendencies to pass out and what not my experience was above and beyond anything I could have expected. WORST Customer SERVICE ever. BEWARE!! Went in just looking for an estimate. Owner quoted us $300 more than tattoo was worth, within seconds, to keep us form leaving, he went down  $200? but was still too high ...way overpriced. He told us if we wanted to get it done next day, it was necessary to make an apt. Then he said he needed a $100 deposit to hold the apt., without telling us it was nonrefundable. (the paperwork he gave us as we left had it written on it). WITHIN MINUTES of leaving his shop , we returned to let him know we wanted to give more thought to the $500 tattoo he quoted us and not take the next day apt. . He refused to return our $100 deposit. I've gotten two piercings here within the past year, and also have been to other places by they truly do not compare to this one. I've gotten my navel done here, and he man who pierced me was very nice and gentle (as you can be), and I had a great healing process, overall it was a great experience. I also got my septum done here which was as well a great experience. the man who pierced me was trying to cheer me up and relieve my nervousness, and he was very kind and gentle.
