Was really looking forward to getting a tattoo that meant a lot to me, but it didn't exactly come out the way that I wanted to. Let me rewind to my pre appointment experience: I bought a voucher from Living Social, and when I called, the lady was very nice on the phone, and got me into an appointment within two weeks, which is good, considering I had a 'coupon'. When I went in, the guy at the front desk was very antisocial and didn't really greet me, which was weird because the lady that I talked to was so nice. My tattoo artist Chris, however, was very nice which you don't get a lot of from tattoo artists. I bought the $45 dollars for a one hour session, but my tattoo was so simple that it only took about 10 minutes. I felt like it was a little rushed, and with 50 minutes left over, I felt like I wasted my money and he didn't ask if I wanted something else done to use up the time. The voucher also came with tattoo wax and it was never offered to me. Chris told me that if I had any issues with my tattoo, I could call to get it fixed... I noted that in my head. Even though it was a quick tattoo, it seemed like it looked perfect. As it healed, however, there were many imperfections as the lines on my cross weren't straight and some areas were lighter than others. Remembering that he said I could call to get it fixed, I called and the same lady answers the phone, however, when I told her I had an issue with my tattoo, it seems she was pretty annoyed. When I talked to Chris, he sounded pretty annoyed as well, and seemed a little too busy to schedule another appointment, as our schedules wouldn't match up, so I gave up. I'm just going to get it covered up because instead of being a tattoo that meant a lot to me, it's imperfect so I'm not really feeling it anymore. I'd much rather go somewhere else that'll actually take their time giving me a tattoo and use up the whole hour, or at least offer me something else to get my moneys worth, even if I bought it with a coupon. The only reason why I'm giving 3 stars is because everyone was nice (except for the receptionist when I walked it) and it was extremely clean. Read Less
