A dope shop with dope artists. The black and white work especially the portraits are some of the best I've seen. I've gotten work from Tommy Montoya (shop owner) but all the artist in the shop do incredible work. Good vibe and a pool table that with either empty or fill you pockets depending on who's shooting. Drove from South Orange County to make my deposit to secure an appointment to see Tommy.  This being my first tattoo after 33 years of life, I wanted to make sure I am completely happy with the tattoo that will be permanently placed on my right foot. I emailed Tommy my vision in hopes he can whip up a drawing that we both can work with that I know I will be completely happy with prior to my appointment with him. Mind you, this tattoo will be a tribute to the passing of my husband so it means a lot to me. I had to reach out to him via Instagram to see if he received my email. He replied back days later saying he would reply back to my email later on that day. I got nothing from him. Come the day of my appointment, my son woke up with a 103 fever. Being a single mom, I had to care for him. I called 7 in the morning and left a message to let them know I will need to reschedule the appointment. David called a little after 10am asking where I was. Of course, they didn't listen to the message and he said no one is here at 7am. I get it. That's why there are voicemails. He said they normally ask 48 hours to reschedule. I get it. However, my sick son is my priority for that day. I can't take a sick child to my tattoo appointment. They said they would call me to reschedule an appointment. It's been a few weeks now and nothing from them. I guess I lost my deposit because I decided to be a mom first. Have a heart. Read Less

Don't get your tattoo done by Jon Tran. He over charge for a half ass job with a heavy hand. I went to him for a cover up only to find out that I need to go somewhere else to get a cover up of his cover up. Not only that he's bad he's also rude and talk shit about his customer. He make klockwork look bad. All the other guys did great work from what I see when I was getting tatted up. I should of went to them but my dumbass friend refer me to Jon Tran. After Jon fuck up my tat I ask my friend why did he refer me to him. Then he said some chicken head girl said he do good cover up... Smh I should of check Jon's work before trusting my so call friend. LOVE THIS SHOP!Made an appt easily with Gino by texting him at the number listed on his ig.The shop is located right off a busy street next to a small skate shop. You can park on the street right in front of the shop or turn down the little alley right past the shop (to the left) & park there.Shop was small and super clean! Especially the restroom which I appreciate! I went in just wanting 2 roses on my thigh that would pretty much be hidden even with shorts on. Other than that I let Gino figure out the deets. It was a looooot bigger than I expected but I absolutely looooove it! It's totally bad ass. And the price was totally reasonable! I pay more for a trip to my hair girl than I did for my big ass tattoo that I'll have forever. So the experience: Shop was busy, everyone was tattooing, Gino was ready for me right when I walked in. My tattoo took over 4 hours but the whole time I was there everyone was soooo nice, talkative & funny!! All the other artists had me laughing. Tommy, the owner, was super cool. Everyone offered me candy, donuts, water the whole time. All this helped make the pain a bit more manageable. I was there until 10:30 pm! Louie from Klockwork Tattoo was kind enough to help me out with a tattoo that an artist at another shop inked on my right upper-arm. Louie was able to bring the tattoo to life by essentially reworking it. He added definition, clarity, vividness, and perspective. He took the time to analyze the tattoo, point out its strengths and weaknesses, and walk me through a step-by-step explanation of what he was going to do and how that would improve my tattoo. The results were fantastic.  As to the shop, it is well maintained, clean, and tastefully decorated. The staff is courteous and friendly. They make you feel like you're a regular. All in all, If you're in the market for a tattoo, you'd be doing yourself an incredible disservice if you don't stop by this shop and talk to Louie and his colleagues.
