Haha idek where to start, don't ever come here mikio did line work on me and he was rude the whole time asking me annoying questions while I'm just trying to get tatted, then his hand was so heavy he scared me tf up and did an awful job I've been itching this tatt constantly for a year now and he didn't tell me how much it was going to be or what the price would be around so I brought 200 cause it's a quick line work session then at the end he asked for 250 after I said I only have 200 like 3 times but he doesn't like to listen and talk to me like I'm an idiot so he got upset and didn't even finish my wrap on my arm and walked out to have a beer with his co workers and didn't even say by... when I said I'd get him the other 50 but he was a dick so I had someone better and nicer finish the other half of my tatt for only 50 and he did a way better job DONT EVER COME HERE. If I can give a negative star I would.  My daughter came in for her FIRST upper ear cartilage piercing.  As with any piercing professionals would know with any new piercings you would do it with a stud and clean it with a saline solution to allow it to heal naturally.The reason for the stud is so it wouldn't move much and allow it to heal.  Saline solution is used to clean it naturally.  My daughter was fitted with a loop ring and was recommend to clean it with Bactine.  Her experience was horrible.  Because of the loop ring and it moved so much that her ear never healed properly and by using Bactine (not a natural solution) my daughter developed a significant scar tissues behind her ear.Where is the accountability and professional responsibility to inform and educate a first time customer?Apparently after talking to several of the parents of daughters that had went to Inflictions for nose or ear piercings they all had very similar experiences.  It is a commercial business that appears to only cares about making money not about retaining and maintaining long term customers.  We are a sucker for once and that is it. Went to this place for a nose piercing and they told me to clean it with bactine only once a day. My piercing started to swell a couple weeks later so I called in and they told me to not touch it. The very next day, the piercing started bleeding and the hole widened until I had to take it out. Note that I followed all the directions they gave me. My friend also had a bad experience here with her cartilage piercing, she has a bump on it that won't go away even after 7 months. After 8 months I decided to try the nose piercing out at another place and they were MUCH more professional and legitimate. If you want a piercing hit up Laughing Buddha in Upland instead, this place ain't worth it. I came here about a year ago for a bellybutton Piercing just walked in and got it. If you want to get your bellybutton pierced go to Paul he is the best, I am scared of needles and he talked to me and made jokes to calm down. Because of this first experience I went back for a tattoo I just walked in without an appointment and my tattoo artist was Mikio awesome artist I couldn't have been anymore happy with my first tattoo. Paul is amazing! I made a same day appointment to get my ear lobes and Tragus Pierced . And I'm so happy with how they came out and are healing! I've had my Tragus pierced before and it bleed a lot and wouldn't heal ( even after a month, it was still bleeding swollen and i got a keloid ) , so I was a little nervous . I was feeling impulsive and spontaneous so I went in to get my other nip pierced (I initially tried only one to see if my body would reject it, but that was 3 years ago LOL). Paul was super chill and fast. He didn't have the same bar size as my other one so he changed it for me at no cost. Amazing customer service. I got an industrial piercing here for $50, and everything went really well. Everyone working there was really professional and kind. The top portion of my ears are a little small,  so although the piercer OK'ed my piercing, he double checked with another one of the workers there (perhaps the man is his boss). The piercer explained that the other man is much harder to get approval from because he wants to guarantee the safety of every piercing. The "boss" OK'ed my piercing after inspecting my ear for a minute, and I was set. After marking my ear, I asked the piercer if he could move the points lower. He kindly rejected my offer and explained that the outer side of my ear didn't fold at the point where I wanted it to be pierced, which wouldn't work for an industrial piercing. He went on to explain that the mark closer to my head shouldn't be moved any lower because if it were, the ball of the industrial bar would touch my head. I found it very professional of him to deny my request to ensure that I would get a safe and comfortable piercing. He also told me how to take care of the piercing and to buy Bactine (used for pain relief). My industrial piercing turned out great and I love it very much. I definitely recommend this place.EDIT: I forgot to mention that the barbell they provided has plenty of space on both ends. I adore these guys with a passion. Took my girl to get a nose pircing and the guy was super sweet and was a super calming presence. Went back a months later and they care of you so well. I went to go get my second ear lobe piercing ($20 bucks for real silver, hypoallergenic metal!) And it was done in a snap. They did it so well they i got another one!  They do tattoos as well but I've only done the piercing. Ask for Paul! I got 4 cartilage piercings done on my ear and I also got my nose pierced. The guy who was piercing me not once notified me before he stuck the needle through, it literally kept coming out of no where. When it came time to pierce my nose he said "you ready?" And before a word came out of my mouth he was about to stick it on through. I leaned back before he did, lightly tapped his arms, and said wait. After this he says "WOAH, what the hell? Did she really just do that? No pushing or grabbing." As if I assulted him. My friends all looked puzzled. This dude was an absolute ass. My piercings were rushed through. Hands down the best place to get a piercing. Just got to diamond studs on the upper part of my ear and it looks amazing. For both it was $45. I've gotten all my past piercings done here. The people are really nice and take their time explaining step by step what will happen next. I researched this place on Yelp and was pretty confident that it was gunna be a sanitary overall good place.I Love how this place had a koi pond and it sets a really good vibe by the way.Anyways this place has a huge variety of jewelry which I love. I came in and got my septum done within a matter of 15 minutes just like that for 60$ but I was short money and they gladly took 40$ highly doubt they would do that to anyone they just weren't busy at that moment.I'm very happy with my septum and they were so polite about me coming back if I had any questions or concerns it was a great experinceBy the way the septum hurt really bad but the piercer really calmed me down before so that definitely helped Read Less

Amazing place!  Got my nose repierced yesterday after removing it five years ago. Quick and about as painless as a nose piercing can be. He didn't like the way the stud was sitting and redid it. Woke up this morning with some swelling and a sinking stud, so I headed over to the shop to have it checked and sure enough it needed to be readjusted because of how my body reacted to the piercing. Chris and DL reassured me that i did the right thing by going back immediately and having them fix it before it got worse. That right there made me feel good and better about it, that I wasn't overreacting.  They also told me to come back in if there are any further issues. (So far everything is good 12 hours later!)Any place that treats you with this much respect is tops in my book. Got a matching tattoo with my brother here. It was my second tattoo, ever. I was a bit nervous about the pain, as it was a wrist tattoo. The design came out great and the artist was super clean and quick. I was laughing most of the time while getting tattooed, (was also completely sober, I promise you) His method felt like a tickling sensation, instead of the needle being dug in too deep. They charge $20 for s sketch but will never get it done. Tons of broken promises and you still have to keep calling them.
