Let me first say that Dan " owner" and his wife are very down to earth people and I am grateful to find them after encountering so many people discouraging to new people wanting to get into the tattoo industry. This is a working shop and you are not a number here you feel that right off the bat.  I had been seeing the name Dringenberg  pop up over and over when looking for custom tattoo machines and realized they were local so I decided to stop by this evening and to my surprised the door was open and very inviting.. I talked to Dan who you can tell right off the bat is a master craftsman, not to mention his shop / studio and displays of his tattoo machines are right there for all to see. He was willing to answer all my questions. While talking to Dan his wife showed up and just like Dan very easy to talk to and very informative.. . I talked to Dan about taking a day long class on how to build and tune a tattoo machine. I was shown some examples of his tattoo machines and told that all parts are made and assembled right there in the shop with a lifetime guarantee . It was apparent right off that the quality and craftsmanship is top notch and I was very impressed.. I ended up leaving after purchasing a t-shirt and a grip that I could not find at any of the other 6 supply shops I had visited and I plan on returning after the first of the year to build my own tattoo machines side by side with Dan I look forward to the experience  .. If u need to buy a machine go here great machines. Dan and his wife are cool people. The warrenty is great "for life". Money spent well worth it here. His shop is awsome great vibe right when u walk in. Great machines consistant. 5 stars all the way. They shipped out quickly. I am a local tattoo artist looking for the best coils in town to start a custom machine project I am building for myself. After doing my research I came to the conclusion that drigenberg coils are the best, I made contact with one of the employees Teresa regarding the coils that I now wanted to purchase. Teresa was rude an acted as if she did not have time for me, and that me asking for my coils was a burden to her although she is constantly talking about the company going out of business if things don't pick up, customer service is key in this industry no matter how big or small the purchase the customer is the most important person. Being in the customer service industry myself I know first hand that even though some customers can be persistent about the smallest item you need to treat them as if the item they are about to purchase matters just as much to you as it does to them as smaller purchases can turn into large and more profitable purchases in the future depending on customer service which she clearly lacks. Needless to say someone at that company should let her know it pays to be kind and maybe that is why they are not doing so well is because she is not treating customers with respect. I later found out that she is the owners daughter which makes her not handling the situation with the utmost sense of professionalism even more appalling! Needless to say I did not spend my money here and would not recommend anyone else spending their money with her.
