I set up an appointment for a very special portrait piece of my mother with David (@davidtattoo100) months in advance and he was quick and professional with his responses. David made sure my ideas were captured and strived for perfecting the vision I requested.Atmosphere at the shop was awesome and CLEAN! Bunk ass mission and yes we were pissed I'm sure anyone would!!! She booked since February and who ever booked (You, him or reception) didn't notice there was another appointment down  OKAY  then he still confirm in March that he had an earlier appointment 4/20 instead of 4/27 AND till didn't notice a double booking until 15 min before her 11:30 appointment when he cancel why didn't he cancel the other appointment since he did confirm 11:30 was his earliest appointment SO UNPROFESSIONAL OF HIM AND YOU FOR BEING THE OWNER BUT APPARENTLY YOU CAN RUN YOUR SHOP RIGHT this wouldn't happen anywhere else I'm sure bc booking since February I'm sure you guys would have it on a calendar if there was going to be a double booking or not!!! I got my ears pierced here. They definitely have a fun/sarcastic vibe here. They treat you like an old friend which is pretty cool to me. They're not extremely timely, but the service I received was pretty nice especially considering it was pretty late in the evening! I love my tattoo! I had gotten a very nice script on my the side of my head flawless work with the tattoo artist by the name of wisky. He was very sweet and inviting, he has asked me to join him in the back at the station he was finishing up the previous client to just hang n chat while he finished up and it was very welcoming. My experience was very great he put numbing cream on so it wouldn't hurt as bad which I had never had the experience of since all my other tattoos where done without, but it was a great experience to not feel it as much. I would recommend this spot to anyone it was very clean and staff was very helpful. And if you're looking to get a tattoo I suggest my artist wisky! I live in the bay so it's a good 5-7 hours away from me depending on LA traffic. But it's worth the drive. I booked an appointment with wiskkyy via Instagram. I think by then he barely had less then 7k followers but his line work was awesome so I booked an appointment. Plus he was nice enough to squeeze my husband in for a tattoo as well . He's hella funny, friendly and dedicated to his work. Everyone at the shop is very nice and outgoing. Cool vibes. There's this bomb bbq place next to the shop if you get hungry too. My husband and I were EXTREMELY happy with our tattoos. A lot of people from the bay asked who the artist was and we referred him. It's hard to find a good tattoo artist here in the bay (San Jose area) , in my opinion artist in SoCal are a lot better. I go to a few shops in SoCal but this shop is by far one of my favorites, everyone is always in a good mood. Now he has more than 30k followers on Instagram so i was nervous it'd be hard to book an appointment. I made a random trip to LA area with my friend and he gladly squeezed me in even stayed late hours finishing my 2nd tattoo I got from him. My friend got her first tattoo done by the owner of the shop and she loved the outcome. My husband and I will definitely be back again. I came in in desperate need of getting an ear piercing removed that was horribly infected and After what seemed like a freakin eternity of struggle and tears (from the infection not from getting it removed lol) Nattie was so so so amazing and was able to FINALLY get it removed  IT WAS A STRUGGLE YALL LET ME TELL YOU. I went to Adrien to get my fourth ear piercings and I had a great experience. From the moment I stepped in I felt that I was completely in control of what I was doing (which has not been the case with my previous piercings). Everything was clean and he answered any/all questions I had. I had asked him for his insight on my second piercing that is crooked on one ear and he gave me great advice, while doing so he did push for him to be the one to fix it, he simply explained how i should go about it along the line, that to me was very professional. After getting two tats here, my daughter's ears pierced and my septum piercing I give this place a 3 Star. I only suggests piercings here No tats, but Nattie would have to be the one to do it. It appears all the tattoo artists are "okay" at tattooing but not great. Ray is the only one I trust tattooing and if you go in for a piercing do NOT let the guy in there do it because he doesn't know what he's doing. Watched him fuck up someone's dermals in their back, get them stuck and have to have Nattie take over and fix it. AND he pierced my septum crooked as fuck!! Nat fixed my piercing a few weeks later when it healed and now I love it!! My daughter's ears were perfect she even knew to pierce below the old scar tissue. My daughter freaks when she sees blood but Nat was great with her and she loves them as do I. Nat definitely knows what she's doing and I would recommend her anyday. Drove down there from LA to leave a deposit with one of the artists there so that we could schedule a day that I could come down and get a back piece done, whole thing was pretty fast, left him a deposit in cash with no receipt or anything and drove back to LA. I sent him a few pictures of what I wanted done and asked if he could sketch something up real fast he said sure give him a few days because he had a few pending projects, no problem I completely understand. I gave him a week and texted him again he said that night he'd have it. Sketched up,  gave him another 2 days and nothing. I figured whatever he a good artist he's going to do good work.So I message home the day before asking what time I should come down because it's a 2 hour drive for me I wanted to be there on time. I work very busy hours during the week so the fact that he was willing to do it in a Sunday was super cool and I really appreciated that.But he never replied to let me know what time would work. I tried getting ahold of home few other times during the day and he completely blew me off and ignored all my messages. As an artist he does great work and I let him know that but it's not right to take peoples money and then just have no communication with them. This place is really cool!Me being tied to a computer all day every day does not allow me to get out much. One thing that i noticed when I came here was that they had alot of visitors in and out of here.
