Went last year had my eyebrows done 3D brows. Color was way off by the time they healed up they were so faded you couldn't even tell I had them done. Went back for my touch up she said the color she put was for blonde woman and since I was scared of color the first time she didn't want to go dark. I have black hair and am Mexican blonde shouldn't have been used but I didn't know the color was for blonde she left that out the first visit. She also asked what I did to them because they we so faded. I have a lot of tattoos and really there is noting you can do once you have been tattooed if it's done right. Now 3 months after my touch up my brows are still to light and so faded I sent her pictures to her email and have still not heard back. I called spoke to the receptionist told her and she said I needed to schedule another touch up in 3 more months. I asked to have Gabby get back to me still no word. I'm not happy with the service at all I've spent over 400.00$ and haven't even heard back from the artists herself. I’m not going to lie, I was extremely nervous about getting my eyebrows micro bladed, and the thought of a “semi-permanent” procedure freaked me out even more. At the beginning of my appointment, Gaby was very reassuring and her knowledge about the procedure assured me even more. She asked a few questions about me, presented me with different options, and really listened to what I wanted. She then explained everything she was doing step by step during the procedure. Gaby ...created an appearance of naturally full brows for me. I’m not much of a make-up person, so this made the “make-up” application part much more easier. I have received numerous compliments from family, friends and even people I don’t know. I could go on and on about this experience, but the bottom line is if you’re looking for someone professional, knowledgeable, and patient…Gaby is your person. I have NO regrets whatsoever. Very unprofessional!! Nobody ever returns phone calls then u have 2 pay just make an appointment!! Because of this horrible experience I ended up finding my savior at fringe salon/spa.she saw me at no cost and is going to fix my brows for a way better price. While using a way better product!!
