Easy to make appointments. I remember getting my ears pierced at claires 10 years ago. I was so horrified. One of the great places to get a tattoo! Sherri is a really great with her work and takes her time to make it perfect and clean. I have done other tattoos with Sherri before, and will again. The shop is great place to visit because the staff are very friendly and help you out questions you have. I had my tattoo done by Sherrie & she is amazing! I wanted my tattoo to be as small as a penny and she was able to make that happen. I've seen her artwork on other people & she's really good at what she does. She is very neat with her work & she cleans her equipment after every use. DO NOT GO HERECannot stress enough how horrible the experience was with the Karma staff - both the artist I worked with - Sherri - as well as the shop owner. When it came down to doing the tattoo, Sherri didn't follow the stencil and the letters were the wrong size, wrong boldness, and the space in between the letters (called kerning) varied. After pointing this out she was extremely condescending to me. I reached out to the shop manager and got no support from her, after calling back multiple times to schedule a touch up appointment I was assured they would find someone to help but yet again they failed to deliver.  Never followed up, never checked in.  The shop owner was not sympathetic to my situation, didn't even hear me out when I called her to share my disappointment.  Instead, she started berating me for critiquing their work and their service.  Both are undeniably abysmal.  I only got support from the shop manager (different person than the owner) when she saw just how bad the lettering was on my tattoo.  I promise you will have a better experience elsewhere. I highly recommend the Shamrock Social Club, they do the best work in town and I desperately wish I had known this before I went to Karma.  I hope people see this and choose to take their business elsewhere, that'll really allow this place to live up to their name and get the bad karma that is a result of their horrible service, and horrible work. She was very patient in helping me pick out my jewelry to ensure it was the right size & positioned at the exact angle I wanted it. My friend and I came in to get our ears pierced. The parlor was very nice and clean, and so was Mary. She wasn't there so we did have to wait a while for her to get there, but that being said we weren't in a rush and she came in when she hadn't been working. She was able to answer all questions because I had a cartilage bump from getting one done last time (with a gun) and she seemed very confident in what she was doing. They also offer a wide range of services and different types of piercings and jewelry. She was also able to use an earring my boyfriend bought me because it met the guidelines that the store uses, which meant a lot both because it was kind but also because it meant that the establishment is thorough, clean, and safe in its precautions.-Angie and Joana Read Less

Nostril piercing by Mary (I believe!) who was super nice and chill (along with the rest of the staff I talked to), and I legit didn't even feel a pinch during my piercing! Mary was amazing to work with. 3 of us came in for multiple lobe piercings and a cartilage each. She was super patient and helpful in the process. I would give this place a 5 star for service because the girl who did my piercing was really sweet ... That being said I do not believe these piercers are top quality . I have gotten many other piercings nose, ears, etc. But the tragus piercing I got here had nothing but issues. From the beginning the piercer seemed to have difficulty with the length of the post selected. So at first my ear just started growing over the piercing . Now a month later, after the piercing was accepted, the end of the earring just fell off. Now I have to go get it re-pierced  tomorrow. If they even let me .. scar tissue is now a problem . Perhaps I would be more forgiving if this wasn't such an art that is 1: on my body and 2: it's expensive!! At least $30 for someone that's on the cheaper side and then a new earring (ranging $30-$100). Very upset and disappointed Read Less

Okay, I went in for a free piercing deal they had. The lady was late, she said it was cause she needed to get more jewelry. However, that said, she was so so sweet, and the valet attendants there were also amazing. Parking is 2.75 every 15 minutes. Or if you park up on beverly drive theres free 2 hours. Anyways, I got a free belly button. The free ones only apply to silver jewelry, and I upgraded to a gem for 15 bucks. She was so professional, I didn't even feel it. I absolutely love this place! My daughter and I decided to stop by a week ago to get a piercing and fell in love with the location. Location is everything! It's located in a hidden oasis on Rodeo. A native of Los Angeles I've never been a fan of Beverly Hills, to many pretenders and tourists but this location is nothing of the sort. Now the key is to make an appointment otherwise you'll find a note on the door that says call this number. Also they advertise that all piercings are $35 that's incorrect all piercings are $45 still not bad plus there's the yelp deal which gives you $10 off so it's back to the actual advertised price of $35 which gives you the jewelry of your choice. OMG where do i begin? This place is the best little gem you can find in LA for piercings!! All of the staff here is so easy going and friendly, and Riane is the best piercer ever!!
