Had a Wonderful experience with Amy Emerald. She is patient, kind, and an absolute expert at her craft. She treated us with the utmost professionalism whilst making sure we always felt at home and comfortable. She had a lot of different "up for grabs" designs to choose from. And by lots, I mean literally hundreds. She is an extremely versatile artist with a portfolio ranging from traditional to abstract to geometric and just about every design style in between. I was confident in her ability as an artist the moment I stepped into her station. She took my original idea and made it so much better. She let me mess around with the placement by changing my stencil around several times until I was completely satisfied and ready to go. I was apprehensive at first because I know I can be a bit particular at times but she did not seem to mind. She puts her customer's desires at the top of her priority list. Even spending extra time to get things PERFECT. She always made sure to ask several times during the session if everything was satisfactory at that moment. She made sure I was never in too much pain and that I was enjoying my experience. My friend and I ended up getting some matching tats that literally could not have came out any better. 150% satisfied and ready to show them off! Not only was her work incredible but her personality and vibe at the shop was so much fun. I got a great tattoo that I will love for many years and made a new friend at the same time. Highly recommend !!

I met Malvi when she worked at a previous shop and I'm so happy that she stayed in the east Bay Area! I had such an amazing experience with her the first time she tattooed me, I knew I had to come see her again at this new shop. Malvi is my favorite artist that I have worked with so far. She is so fun to talk to, so patient, and just a wonderful person all around. She is so fun to work with and she takes the time to listen to what you want from this tattoo process. I described what I wanted and she brought my tattoo concept to life. She went above and beyond my expectations (again!) and I can't wait to be tattooed by her again.

Went into Jesse James tattoo parlor on their Friday the 13th Flash Sale and was tattooed by Malvi! There was such a huge line, as expected because each tattoo was $40. People had flown in and drove multiple hours for this flash sale. My partner and I came in to get tattooed but since it was taking so long, Malvi was extremely open to rescheduling for another day for the same price. Malvi and the rest of the staff stayed until 3AM that Friday to tattoo everyone, if that isn't dedication, I don't know what is!We came in the next day and I decided to get a nice little acorn tattooed on my arm. Malvi was super attentive and communicative. She gave advice on the placement of the tattoo and walked through the whole process with us. Not only that, but while we were getting the tattoo, she was also extremely detailed-oriented. Peep the picture for details! Even though it was a flash tattoo, she treated it with an extreme level of professionalism. Jesse James is nicely nestled in Euclid and can be hard to miss unless you walk super slowly and keep your eyes out. The artists in there are super cool and they have fun events like flash tattoo events! Will definitely be back to get tatted again! (Malvi stan forever)

I had a wonderful tattoo appointment with Amy Emerald yesterday! Her artistic skills are evident and stunning, and she was very accommodating during the whole process. We went for about 8 hours and she was not only patient and diligent the entire time, but also a pure delight, remaining bright and joyful, seemingly unfazed by the hours of hardwork she was putting in.The space was very clean, organized, and full of beautiful artwork from all of the artists there. I met some of the other staff and the owner during my appointment, and everyone was very friendly and attentive. All in all, the perfect place to get a tattoo done, with skillful and unique artists.

Came here to find Danielle since I loved the first tattoo work she did for me and wanted her to help me do a touch up on one of my tattoos and a new vertical tattoo down my back. Not only was she patient but she was also very understanding, knowledgeable, funny, and very helpful. She went out of her way just to come meet up with me even though her schedule wasn't on the same page as mines which I thought was very sweet of her. While spending my time there, I also met another cool and funny tattoo artist named Brett. He's also very down to earth and chill tattoo artist. I will definitely recommend two of these tattoo artist to anyone who are looking to get their tattoo done because they are very patient, understanding, and helpful. They make sure if the tattoo you are getting are right if you are getting a tattoo quote and they discuss with you on how you want it and will be glad to change it up anytime. Will definitely be coming back to get another tattoo done!

Brett is a consummate artist. His photo realistic art is the best I've ever seen. Hence why I asked him to work on my next piece (I previously only had one, 10+ years ago). He makes sure that you are completely satisfied with the art even before the template is placed on your body. The shop is immaculate and they use the best equipment possible. I will definitely get another tat from Brett and Cherished Tattoo.

I met Malvi when she worked at a previous shop and I'm so happy that she stayed in the east Bay Area! I had such an amazing experience with her the first time she tattooed me, I knew I had to come see her again at this new shop. Malvi is my favorite artist that I have worked with so far. Came here to find Danielle since I loved the first tattoo work she did for me and wanted her to help me do a touch up on one of my tattoos and a new vertical tattoo down my back. Not only was she patient but she was also very understanding, knowledgeable, funny, and very helpful. I went in the other day to see how the new shop looked being a local from the area and was super pleased with how nice and clean the shop was!
