I had never had her work on my eyebrows before and today she did and left one thinner than the other one not to mention she didn't clean up my eyew brows good she still left long hairs. I moved in the area in May 2018 . I went to ruby's bangles thinking they would do a decent job but the lady cut me really bad underneath and on top of my eyebrow . I had told her I cut easily and she seemed to think I was exaggerating . She pushed down really hard with the thread and then went really fast and ended up cutting me bad . I left upset from there ..however I decided to give it a try today and go with someone different and that lady listened to me when I said I cut easy but she was scared to touch my eye brows and only removed the obvious hairs and left alot of hair on my eye brows I let her know and she removed some more but barley touched me . My sister went in today to get a good clean up, i'll admit I had to stop coming here because my eyebrows started to look sloppy every time i got them done and the ladies were always doing my eyebrows so fast (it was better off that i just did them myself). Anyways my sister went in and she said that the lady did her eyebrows so fast, like she was rushing, and it was hurting more than ever. When she was finished, the lady gave my sister a dirty mirror so she couldn't really see, my sister paid and went to her car and saw that the both of her eyebrows were extremely thin and short from both ends.. very disappointed. I don't recommend coming here unless you know a lady that has been doing your eyebrows for some time. Read Less

I refuse to go to any other eyebrow place than here. I've been coming here ever since they first opened and I leave satisfied with my eyebrows every time. The manager here is my go-to lady, she's absolutely the best! Their henna tattoos are beautifully done and lasted me for about a week, cheap prices too Read Less

I come in and I get my eyebrows threaded by the same associate. She's always so sweet. The waiting area is large there's plenty of seating. No need for a sign up sheet it's pretty evident who is after who. All in all, an awesome place for eyebrow threading. Read Less

This place needs a clipboard with a sign in sheet. Since this is the only threading place in the area, I often resort to coming here. On weekends and week nights later in the week there are quite a bit of people waiting. When the threading ladies ask for who's next, I have seen the claws come out from customers. I been here serveral times the service is good, but the last two times when I paid and used the kios to earn your free eyebrow threading for some reason it didn't give me credit. So next time I go I'm going to enter my phone number and wait till I get the text confirmation of my visit. Read Less

Been coming here for almost a year now and I love the lady who does mine. It's so cheap. Better than what I have to pay in Hawaii which is $40 just for eyebrow threading. Anytime I come to visit my mom I will definitely be stopping by rubys. Read Less

First off, Why don't they wash their hands or sanitize before starting? Second, My eyebrows were uneven. One was thicker then the other when I left but by that time I didn't want the lady to fix them because she kept making comments while threading them "oh your eyebrows are oily" (from my moisturizer).."oh it's been a long time since you've got them threaded?" (Only 2 wks) "oh your hair grows fast) .."hold the skin tighter" ...was not happy with this service. Luckily I had a free eyebrow service for this one so I only paid for the tip (which I probably shouldn't have even tipped based on service but I always tip). I have lived in this valley for over 10 now and this place is by far the best place to get your eyebrows done. The ladies don't thin out your brows nor give you different shaped eyebrows on each eye. They are friendly and have loyalty check in for coupons. Read Less

I went here yesterday and while I didn't have to wait ling, the next morning I woke up with horrible bumps all around my eyebrows. The lady that works there didn't put baby powder on my eyebrows and now my entire eyebrow area is sore and red. Splurge the extra $2 and go to brow magic in Hemet. My daughter (18) and son (15) went there on 5/8. I had gone in on the Monday before (5/4) to make an appt for my daughter to get her hand done with henna for her bday party on 5/9. I told the lady there that my daughter would be getting a hand design and my son a skull on his shoulder. She gave me a business card and said to call to verify the appt during the week. I called on Wed and was told that everything was good and to have them come in after 5 on Friday.They walked in and my daughter stated that they were there to have henna done. The lady (stated she was "Ruby" and the owner) replied rudely that they needed to make an appt first and that she had already sent the other worker home so she didn't think she could help them. My daughter stated that we had gone in on Monday and that I had called on Wed. The 'owner' replied that no one had told her and that they would just have to wait until she had time for them. My daughter was upset, but she really wanted the henna for her bday so they sat and waited. Had I been there (I was in school) we would have walked out.Her hand design came out nothing like the picture - picture had pointed 4 petal flowers, she got circle 8 dot petals, picture shows middle finger going up the middle of the hand, her has the ring finger going the farthest up, which off sets the whole design.It is all about customer service!! No matter the age, you treat them with respect, which definitely did not happen. If she never got the appt notice, that is on her and her employees, not my children's fault. Read Less

The prices are good here. Not expensive at all. I've been coming to this location for a while now and they're really quick and do a good job. I've only had one slip up here where they took a little too much of one brow but it hasn't happened since. It only happened once. They do accept debit and credit cards. It is usually slow so the wait isn't long. They also have a loyalty card, so if you go often, don't forget to take it! Read Less

I've been getting my eyebrows threaded here for a long time. My friend and I walked in today during my lunch break like I normally do to get my eyebrows threaded and the two girls there were eating their lunch. We had a seat. After a few minutes of waiting we realized they weren't going to attend us. They never greeted us or said it would be a few min. They kept eating. I then asked if they were going to attend us and she said no because they were at lunch. I asked if they close their doors during their lunch--she said no. We walked out.
