This man took up four days of my time trying to just catch him so I could talk to him.When I finally did catch him he made me talk to him while he was tattooing. Which, I would really rather a tattoo artist concentrate on me and what I need to show him, or the tattoo he is working on, not both. Not professional.After he heard what I wanted, he insinuated that I may not have the money for a Dow. Payment to make an appointment, as opposed to just asking me if I would pay a down payment for an appointment straight out.And after I talked about what I wasn't d and showed him my tattoo, instead of telling me what he had to offer, and what he could do for the tattoo, he gave e me the useless I formation concerning what the original tattooists should have done. All in all, this guy was rude, impatient, and he literally told me to kick rocks when I told him I only wanted to know if he can fix it, or not, money was no concern to me. Read Less
