This in no way reflects the tattoo artist and the customer service by the tattoo artist.The reason why I am giving them a 1 star is becaues of their piercer. I went to get my ear priced and the guy had too pierce my ears twice because the piercing would not go through.He was also careless about how much pain I was in.He was jabbing the piercing really hard through my ear. To make matters worse when I told the piercer what type of piercing i wanted he got irritated because its a more complex piercing. Went to Smitty (sp?) at the recommendation of a friend. He was really sweet and funny. He cracked jokes and made my friend (who was a tattoo virgin) feel comfortable. More than all that, he did a beautiful job!! I'm in love with my new ink! He charged what I felt was a very fair price for the pieces, and did it pretty quickly. I have gotten two done by Frankie and I love them! He is super cool and made feel comfortable! He is great and the rest of the staff is amazing as well they are super cool and badass! I got my first tattoo here and I must say I loved it. We went and asked for a specific person (Rikki) without having an appointment and he took us! We were in there for a while but it was because the artist sat with us and helped us decide exactly what we wanted. He made us feel extremely comfortable, and I was VERY nervous. He assured me that it wouldn't hurt and I was actually surprised that it didn't. He even bought us dinner. I liked it here so much that I want to come back. His station is upstairs away from the other people, so you get some privacy. He also gave us an amazing discount since it was our first tattoos ever and he thought we were a cute couple.
