Really disappointed in this shop , made a appointment 3 months ago with Garrett , he changed the appointment once , then we made another appointment at 11am today he wasn't there then when we went back at 5pm he just gave our deposit back , heard really good reviews about this place but it really sucks when you are toldSomething but not getting it .

So, I went with a friend of mine on Friday the 13th and it was kind of crowded. We arrived around 12:40 and she proceeded to write her name on a clipboard. We waited for around 3 hours and when it was her turn the artist had the worst attitude. He was not even paying attention to what she was saying. He was also talking to a new walk in with a cheerful tone. We patiently waited for hours and asked how long the stencil would take to redraw and he responded with the ugliest tone that he just didn't know. We left after that. Absolutely the worst experience ever.
