This place is one of the worst places you can go to get your eyebrows done. It is not professional. You have to wait in line forever because even though there are many seats, there is only one lady who does it and let's just say she is not "friendly". She doesn't treat you as a customer whose wishes matter but a piece of (trash)... I don't think she understands professionalism. The place is small and it smells weird. She also traps you- she says "come again next time and then I'll fix your eyebrows" and if you go again she says the same thing. Not only is she bad at pleasing customers but also bad at shaping any type of brow. She doesn't know or understand anything. She acts like you're an inconvenience to her. This is shitty business that will very soon die. Some advice for you lady: LISTEN TO HOW PEOPLE WANT THEIR EYEBROWS DONE BEFORE YOU START SPEAKING GIBBERISH CHATTER AND ASSUME YOU KNOW SHIT ABOUT SHIT. And so I'm here to tell you that you don't. Love, love love this place! Always satisfied with her work. My eyebrows are two different shapes. One is highly arched and the other is not, but she has this magic power that makes them both beautifully and perfectly arched. She is very quick and kind. Very lovely lady. I discovered perfect brows about a year ago and since my eyebrows have transformed! Initially, my eyebrows had sparse areas, were uneven and asymmetrical. I went from eyebrow ladies telling me that's just the way my eyebrows are to Jesse (owner of perfect brows) telling me that she can fix them. Honestly, she used to do eyebrows very well but her work has declined with time. And her customer service is horrible. I had a 'Buy 9 get the 10th free' stamp card and when I got to my 10th threading she told me she had changed the cards now and it only works for the 11th. I told her that's fine but the current one doesn't say that. She argued with me and would not accommodate. It's not about the money; it's about the fact that I've been a loyal customer to her for years and she couldn't even accommodate me for one thing. Needless to say, I won't be going here anymore. Started going here after bad experiences from a place in Merced. My eyebrows were thin and uneven. Over time Jess has fixed my eyebrows! I even get compliments on them! The service was good and the woman was very nice, but I wouldn't recommend her for a henna tatoo. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and was given something that poorly resembled the photo. She's a good person, but needs more practice. Read Less

The lady threading is good but she can be rough at times and start pulling at my lashes on accident with her thread when she does my lip. She'll move my face forcefully. Other than that she is the best for eyebrows around here. Read Less

This place is great! My very first experience getting my eyebrows threaded and they looked so great! The lady who works there takes her time and fixed my uneven eyebrows with ease. Highly recommend Perfect Brows if you are seeking perfectly shaped eyebrows... I came in with very uneven, poorly shaped brows and the service I received exceeded my expectations. Years of tweezing my brows had left them too thin and uneven. I decided to grow them out and have a professional fix them. Left them untouched for about 3 months before hopping onto yelp to find someone to deal with the newly grown caterpillars on my face. Nothing nearby was rated too highly so I expanded my search and found this little gem..Absolutely loved this place! I've been here like four times and each time the lady working has done a fantastic job. Not to mention she's fast; if there's no one else there, I'm in and out in under five minutes. The first time I went she explained what she was going to do (even them out, form arch) and she recommended I come back two weeks later so she can continue working on creating a better shape. Don't go to get your eyebrows tinted! They did a horrible job. You would think if they were going to charge $20 they would at least make some effort to make them look ok. I got uneven and thick eyebrows when my shape of eyebrows are thin. Can't conceal the mistakes either with makeup because the color tinted my skin as well. Read Less

There was only one woman working here when I went. Luckily, there was no one else, but the three people after me had to wait a while. Brow+lip was $16, more than I'm used to in LA but cheaper than the brow place on Main in Merced and she did a way better job. I've gotten my eyebrows threaded a million times but this was easily the least painful time ever; usually my eyes start watering not even halfway into it but I didn't shed a single tear! You're still having hundreds of hairs ripped out of your face, though, so it's still painful, just way more manageable. Read Less

I strolled into town from the bay area this Christmas eve eve with eyebrows that were seriously out of control. I had neither the energy nor the patience to do my usual shaping and plucking so I looked up the closest waxing parlor. Yelp suggested this location. I had never done threading before so I was scared, but up for it. It was crazy town up there in my brow situation, I was desperate. Once it was my turn she confirmed what I suspected. My brows were Cray cray in a number of ways. She let me know how we were going to begin to repair the insanity with advice to not touch them when she was done but come back in two weeks for the final fixing. After she fixed what she could I looked in the mirror and my face, even without makeup, had never felt or looked so on  point. It was amazing.
