I have always been satisfied with the good work they do here, but today there was a new lady and I was really surprised by the bad work she did, I just wanted to clean and she left my eyebrows too thin, she is a not so old lady but Something, if it's there, please do not do anything.

I've been coming to this place for five years. I'm an ethnic woman and my facial hair grows fast. I always come once a week for either a full face, or a upper lip, chin and brow thread. I only recently saw they have an UNLIMITED card where you spend $140 upfront for UNLIMITED full faces. They recently took off this promotion but my card is still valid til late April. The point: Rupa the lady that works Wednesday's told me today that I couldn't get my weekly threading because it hasn't been two weeks?? NO WHERE IN THE PROMOTION DID IT SAY A NUMBER OF TIMES I COULD GO. She sat there and argued with me so I left. Extremely unprofessional and not honoring UNLIMITED PROMOTION THAT I PAID FOR. Ask for Happy or Karen those ladies are nice and don't lacerate your skin when they thread you.

This has been my local spot for over a year now. Use to see another lady closer to where I live but she was always hit & miss. I've been threaded by different people here & I can honestly say that there has only been ONE time when I felt my eyebrows weren't on point when I left. That's saying a lot bc I'm super picky. The ladies are quick & efficient and I've never had to wait longer than 5-10 minutes due to others being ahead of me.

Went here and got my brows shaped. Came back again for a touch up right before thanksgiving and both women (sorry - I didn't get their names!) did an amazing job. I just asked to clean them up and not make them too thin and they came out perfect. Definitely my go-to spot from now on.

I just got my eyebrows done for the first time and it was amazing!! I'm terrified to try any new places but I have definitely found my new place! I have naturally uneven really thin eyebrows and have been trying to make them grow. The girl that just did my eyebrows (I wish I got her name) did an I credible job of keeping them as thick as possible and evening them out. They look amazing! Thank you sooo much!!! I will definitely be a regular now!

It's either I have bald spots somewhere in my eyebrow or like today she totally took my whole arch away and one eyebrow is thinner than the other. If people are gonna thread they need to care about what they're doing and even more important KNOW what they are doing. I will never step foot in this store again!

I am so so happy with this place!! I just moved to the area and had been putting off getting my brows tamed. For those of you that have had someone completely mess up your brows, you get the struggle....
I am so so happy with this place!! I just moved to the area and had been putting off getting my brows tamed. For those of you that have had someone completely mess up your brows, you get the struggle. I feel that it's harder for me to put my faith in an eyebrow person than, say, a hair person. Hair grows back but eyebrows don't always grow back. Long story short, the employee did a fabulous job and I will definitely be back. She brushed them, put aloe on them and filled them in for me, too!

I get super nervous every time I try a new place to take care of my eyebrows because 1) my skin is super sensitive 2) my eyebrows take forever to grow out & 3) i usually have to go into hiding because of the sensitivity of my skin.But I came here because I love supporting locals. & it was absolutely the quickest thing ever. The lady that helped me was friendly & the prices are very decent! Most definitely will be back.

I came in very excited because tomorrow is my birthday and I wanted to clean my brows up before I go out tomorrow. However, I left crying and upset. The lady who was there today around 12 pm ruined my eyebrows. I'm not talking about just taking a little extra off but in addition to that she also made my eyebrows jagged and two different sizes. She tried to convince me that that's the "natural shape" of my eyebrows, but they've never looked like this before. Thank you for ruining my birthday and messing up my eyebrows. Needless to say, I will never come here again.

I always appreciate the ladies who work here. They understand how particular I am. And they are always on point. "Happy" used to be the only person that touched my brows. But she hasn't been working there for the past few months :( So then I met Roob. She has a kind smile, so I thought it would be nice to let her take a shot at my brows. She has been great to me! Keeps them thick just like I like it. She is also a beautiful henna artist. I paid $30 to get my leg done. She did her own design and it lasted for weeks! I'm shocked because my skin is dark. Brows are $10And they have a rewards card too. I think it's 5 and the 6th one is free. Don't quote me on that though!

I'm giving the three stars as an average rating as I've been here multiple times. The first several times were great. My eyebrows turned out really nice. The last time though, they were really uneven, and the lady took a fraction of the amount of time the others usually take. Maybe she was new or just not as experienced. I showed her where the unevenness was - the left brow was a lot thicker than the right one - and she attempted to fix it, but it was clear she didn't really know what to fix. I tried to stop in the next few days to have someone else take a look and fix them for me, but it was the same lady each day. I'll try them again, but if that same lady is working, I won't. I should have got her name, dang it.

Amazing eyebrows! So much better than waxing! It's very fast and very precise. It has a much more natural look than waxing.

This has been my local spot for over a year now. Use to see another lady closer to where I live but she was always hit & miss. I've been threaded by different people here & I can honestly say that there has only been ONE time when I felt my eyebrows weren't on point when I left. That's saying a lot bc I'm super picky. I just got my eyebrows done for the first time and it was amazing!! I'm terrified to try any new places but I have definitely found my new place! I have naturally uneven really thin eyebrows and have been trying to make them grow. The girl that just did my eyebrows (I wish I got her name) did an I credible job of keeping them as thick as possible and evening them out. They look amazing! Thank you sooo much!!! I am so so happy with this place!! I just moved to the area and had been putting off getting my brows tamed. For those of you that have had someone completely mess up your brows, you get the struggle. I feel that it's harder for me to put my faith in an eyebrow person than, say, a hair person. Hair grows back but eyebrows don't always grow back. Long story short, the employee did a fabulous job and I will definitely be back. I always appreciate the ladies who work here. They understand how particular I am. And they are always on point. "Happy" used to be the only person that touched my brows. But she hasn't been working there for the past few months :( So then I met Roob. She has a kind smile, so I thought it would be nice to let her take a shot at my brows. She has been great to me!
