I got my first REAL tattoo last week at Lucky 13 by carlos. It was a personally designed tattoo that i brought in. Carlos did an amazing finishing the creation and tattooing it on my arm. He was also so friendly, professional, artistic , and gave me an amazing price. I highly suggest carlos for your next tattoo

Great inviting environment got spoken to the moment I came in. Very clean! I got my art from Jessica! She was wonderful! Very sweet, fun to talk to and did amazing work. Would recommend it to anyone.

Some great artists with a great atmosphere. Good people and very clean professional studio. So glad to have found this gem in Alameda. I will definitely be going back again and again.

Don't recommend. Got a tattoo here and the tattoo artist winged it instead of planning it based on the pictures I had given them. I now will need a lot of touching up and enhancing on this tattoo.
