The service was good but I am very unhappy. It was me and my mother’s first tattoo and they took advantage of that. They double charged us for something so small and simple. We know on our part we should have done more research. I will never recommend Melissa to anyone very conniving and rude that she did that. Read Less

Customer service was amazing and they do amazing work but my tattoo didn't turn out as I wanted or expected. They're wonderful people for sure but im not happy with the tattoo. Its supposed to be a forget me not. It doesnt resemble the photo I brought in or that was drawn up. There's spots where its messed up and the color bleeds. I dont feel this was worth $110. Read Less

I came in with my niece who has never received a tattoo per her request. She paid for a tattoo that I didn't know of ahead of time. After looking at the work I liked one over the other and my niece agreed asking me to tell them for her. Upon asking for a new artist I was asked why we wanted to change, and I explained. We were then told that she couldn't change. Then we heard yelling in the back about hurt or pain caused. I said you don't need to work on my niece while you are that angry. They threatened to call the cops and did and the cops told us to go to small claims court. Worst service ever! No one tried to make it better. When it was explained that she already paid and we couldn't change artist, we accepted that. Minutes later the one we asked to change to came out and said she would do it. I was done with it. That's when we heard the man slamming things cursing and yelling. My voice didn't raise until yours did. Bad business all around. You allowed your feelings to get in the way of business. A simple mention that it was already paid for and a switch couldn't happen to to supplies would have sufficed. The cursing, yelling, and slamming things took it to another level.
