Absolutely horrible job this weekend. The lady took almost half my left eyebrow off, didn’t shape them and then handed me the mirror to see if I liked. As if she couldn’t see what she had done. If you have those glamour threading cards please read! I went in today and I got my eyebrows done. I have spent over $60 to get my free one and then when I try to use my card they tell me that I can’t use it because the dates are too close together. They were all talking amongst themselves to try to figure out who signed what date. If you don’t know your own signature then maybe you should look into getting a stamp or something to stamp out each date. Because of this, I was basically treated like I was a liar. They were wondering why I came back so quick after I had already been a week ago. It’s not my fault, your employee stamped my card. What do i have to lie about? I am deeply upset by this and I am not coming back. So, if you have one of those loyalty cards that they give you — you may not be able to use it when you want too! she is so nice and professional. she did an amazing job on my eyebrows and 3-D lashes. great low prices too. will be returning every two weeks. Edit: i went again for eyelash extensions do not waste your money. Sheena is the only good technician here. The lady who did mine used the cheap cluster lashes despite charging me for extensions. It has been 3 days since the service and i have lost a cluster which shouldnt be there in the first place. She lied to me and said they used mink lashes. Not to mention when i left her chair one eye looked differenf from the other so i had to turn around and have her fix it. Unless its sheena then find somewhere else. Read Less

I had the worst experience ever here.. evidently the lady was a newbie. She messed my eyebrows up, threaded them she gashed me. Didn’t apologize, I have scrapes from the thread, I’ve uses the threading method for a few years now. This experience has me scared to ever try again. I will not be returning. Maybe that’s why this lady didn’t have customers others knew she didn’t know what she was doing. I will continue leaving Maumelle going to West Little Rock. Read Less

LOVED IT! I have never tried threading before, and I saw Sheena today......magical! Love my eyebrows and it did not hurt like I thought it would! I have been to this salon many times, however today the girl absolutely screwed up the eyebrow over my left eye. She left it with very few hairs, almost like a Hitler mustache. On top of that, she tried to argue that she had not done a poor job. If it were possible for me to post a picture of the aftermath I would do so. It looks absolutely horrible. Read Less
