DO NOT GET A TATTOO OR PIERCING HERE!!! Terrible linework, negligent tattoo artist, horrible service and AWFUL prices. I came to this tattoo shop for a simple roman numerals tattoo and the line work was absolute garbage. The artist claims to have 20+ years of experience but doesn’t know how to put a stencil on correctly or draw a straight line. I told them I understand that mistakes happen and I wasn’t overly upset about it all I wanted was my money back. I went Vault to get my nose re-pierced. The customer service was awful. Jesus pierced my nose. He did not take the time to listen, show me where he was re-piercing it, or even give me an explanation. He forcefully pushed the needle through my nose. The hole was much more closed than he expected, which he would’ve known if he had taken the time to listen to me. Therefore, he had to use force causing my nose to bleed everywhere. My pain tolerance is very high, but he SHOVED the nose ring through my nose. There was uncontrollable blood. This did not happen the first time (when I went to a different piercer, who uses a less forceful technique) and I will not be returning to Vault. Read Less

Do not ever go to this tattoo studio. I went to have a daith piercing done. The shop was clean enough when I walked in and Jesus (long haired piercer) was nice, but he smelled strongly of alcohol. Against my better judgement, I went ahead and got the piercing because how can you mess up a daith??? You can....he literally only pierced the skin in my ear and he continued through my ear and pierced above the daith too. It bled forever but he didn't see an issue with the piercing. I sent them a message demanding a refund, but I haven't heard back. I took the piercing out immediately and will take my business elsewhere when it finally heals. This is the worst tattoo studio experience I have ever had and they are way overpriced. Someone needs to report this shop to the health department before someone has major issues. Don't ever go here! Came here on the recommendation of a friend. They were having Friday the 13th piercing specials, so why not.I wanted my tragus and cartilage done. The dude (can't remember his name. he's the one on the commercials, the one with the long dark hair, and beard. you know, the sleezy looking one. yeah, him), came out and asked me twice what i wanted. I'm pretty sure he was high af. I'm positive of it. His reaction time was slightly delayed, tell tale symptom of being stoned...But, I didn't listen to that little voice and let him pierce me anyway. The shop seemed clean enough. Went to the little back room, and we small talked for a little while. I should've been watching him, but I wasn't. I wanted to put myself at ease by playing an game on my phone as he prepped.He did my cartilage first. I wanted the placement to be less near the ridge of my ear and more near the center. He drew a dot and showed me. We went back and forth a little bit, but I just decided to trust the man.I closed my eyes and took a deep breath. I heard a loud snap. This guy used a piercing gun...on my cartilage!!! I was shocked. Any professional shop knows piercing guns are sins and to always use needles to avoid excess trauma. I looked in the mirror and he didn't even pierce it on the dot at all!I asked for a refund on the tragus because i did not want it to be done with a gun, nor did I want it misplaced. He said I couldn't get a refund, but assured me that he would use a needle...and he did. But the problem was, the jewelry. It did not come from a sterile package. He pulled it out of one of those bulk earring displays. I got my nose pierced here over a year ago. The service was great and the staff were friendly and nice. The shop was well organized and clean. Great and reasonable prices. I like my piercing but I was very uncomfortable. I got a clitoral hood, and before I got it done there were sexual comments made. My friend got her nipples pierced the same day, and before getting ours done, our artist said "I'm gonna get some condoms and Viagra and were gonna disappear for 2 days" ... hearing him say that and then having him looking between my legs made me uncomfortable. I was very nervous. I gave it a second chance a few weeks ago to get my friends tongue pierced.. he did it but he bled so much it was ridiculous. Blood was on his shirt and everything. Explain to me how you can manage to screw up simple script. It looks like a 3 year old attempted to write a word. Jagged lines, screwed up cursive letters. Honestly wish I could give them negative stars. Went to get my smiley pierced and he stabbed me several times in the gums with the clamps. Put the needle in sideways. Jerked on the needle for about 10 minutes trying to thread the jewelry on the needle while it was in my mouth. They would not refund the 40 dollars we paid. And tried to make it look like my fault. This place is horrible and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. I don't even want to get my smiley pierced anymore because I had such a bad experience. Read Less

Pretty horrible service. Tried to get my girlfriend's smiley pierced and the guy doing it didn't know what he was doing or he was to far gone on whatever drugs he was on. But this guy couldn't get the job done her put the needle through (later finding out that it was not straight and not in the correct place) and couldn't get the ring through the hole. He dropped 3 of the Rings on the ground and just kept trying more and more. Then after 10 minutes of him poking at her mouth she couldn't take it any more. He refused to give a refund even tho he was unable to provide for what we paid for and then tried to blame it on her for the reason he couldn't get it done. Would have much rather thrown $40 in the toilet and flushed it than give it to them. Read Less
