Been thinking about a septum for a few months and finally decided to get it. We didn't call ahead, just got there as soon as it opened on a Tuesday. A girl with blue hair and glasses let the piercer know, and a guy came out and said he wanted to check my nose first to see if I could get one. With gloves, he checked my nose to make sure I didn't have a deviated septum. He gave the go ahead and the girl at the front went ahead and had me fill out the paperwork and pay, $50.Dave the stabber, the resident piercer there, went ahead and started getting everything ready. He made sure he had the right jewelry as well before having me sit or anything.He was great, making me feel comfortable and lightening the mood in case I was nervous. I have snakebites, but didn't know about piercing my septum. He had me lay down, which I was kinda glad since my husband was sitting up when he got his done (back in ca). He was very careful about getting his Mark's right where he wanted them and that they were lined up. When he was ready to pierce me, he let me know he was going to have me take a few deep breaths, and on the last big exhale he would pierce. It wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. He went over the care information and if I needed anything else, or if anything happened, to come back so he could fix or patch me up if needed.I recommend seeing Dave the Stabber! Go check him out if you want more holes.Found out later he also travels to Cabot to pierce to help since there's no piercer at Panther Tattoo.

I'm so glad we picked the Empire of Ink. Dani and Miguel did amazing jobs! We have decided we may just fly back down here when we decide to get another tattoo. Everyone in there was so friendly and knowledgeable!

My tattoo is missing ink in some spots. Sure she said I could come in for a touch up for free but I live out of town and I expect to have a simple tattoo like I got to have all the ink actually in my skin. She was really nice and the actual outline doesn't look bad at all, but she didn't go deep enough. Update it's literally looking like the ink is just scabing off and with some of the ink missing in spots it looks terrible.

Honestly my favorite place to go to. I know I will leave with good quality work that I'll love forever. I never feel stressed in the environment everyone is very friendly. When I'm there I feel like im just chillin with my not so average family. I will go there for the rest of my life. I love being there. Its not only ink therapy which I love its just a place for me to escape and relax. I love everyone at empire its always a wonderful time.

I came in with a friend to each get a tattoo done and called ahead and told them what I wanted and they said they would have time to do it. We get there pay for my friends tattoo and they begin setting up for it and tell me they won't have time to do mine even though they had just said they would. So I even tried to compromise and asked if I got it smaller if they'd have time and again they said no to come back tomorrow. So I was pissed about that but I caled back the next day to make sure they'd have time to do it, and again they said no but to call back on a later day and they'd try to do it. The customer service is ridiculous, and common sense should tell you if two people come in together to get tattoos you should let them know on advance if you can only do one of them. I'll never go back to this place. Oh and not to mention they quoted me one price then when it came time to write it down raised the price by almost $100.00. The only reason I'm giving them 2 stars instead of 1 is because the work. The guy who did my friends tattoo was nice enough and did a good job matching it to what she wanted. But I'd go somewhere else in a heartbeat.

Got my first tattoo last night from Justin! He was amazing. I was nervous and he took the time to show me equipment and how it was used. He walked me through the steps of what he was going to do before he did them and just made everything as painless as possible. He has a soft hand on the tattoo gun so it didn't hurt near as bad as I thought it would. Justin was amazing and I recommend going to Empire for any tattoo. Everyone was so friendly and nice not just Justin.

Had my eyes close to enjoy it, bad idea. 45 minutes later and I've seen prison tats look better, go back on an apt with owner and my anxiety is high, I'm naturally upset and he starts off with an attitude says what I want would cost $2500 (tried to show him on my laptop that was out my game characters ivy but he searched his PC instead, couldn't find it then went to the original pictures of it I gave the first guy)i said Sean didn't tell me that, says not his problem all he will do is touch it up and straighten the ivy. Said I want a refund then, he said he's not doing the tat and a refund I said I don't want to do the tat now, I paid and should have gotten a $274 tattoo he said no a $137 it was half off, I didn't feel like explaining math to him I said I just want my money back you should be ashamed of something like this done in your shop he said no he won't refund me so I turned to my friend and said forget it let's go and he said now I won't do it at all I said whatever, was packing up my laptop he said get out I said I am he said get out now or I'm calling the cops, by then I had my shit packed and said f u as I walked out the door. He and I said more but I was so embarrassed and upset and he did this in front of several customers. Horrible person don't get your tattoos here!!!

They waited until after I paid to inform me that they only had studs in two colors, pink and blue, and that they had no others studs that they could pierce my nose with.2.They misjudged the length and size of the actual stud they sent me home with, which nearly fell out less than 30 minutes after I left.3. Three men rudely dismissed and YELLED at me when I asked for a refund.4. A separate shop I visited to corrected Empire's hack job piercing informed me that they'd been fixing and a handful bad piercings from this very shop.Save your money.

I really wish I could give this place 0/5 stars or lower. I have never experienced such horrible service in my entire life. I got my nose pierced at Empire and asked for a hooked or anchored nose ring that is standard at most piercing shops. They said that they did not have the jewelry I was looking for and instead gave me a regular stud that did not go all the way through my nose. When I noticed later that it was falling out, I called Empire to see if they could fix it with different jewelry that they again claimed they did not have. So, I went to another shop to have it fixed and when I went back to Empire to ask for a refund, they refused give it to me and claimed that they did, in fact, have the anchored jewelry I wanted. I politely asked for a refund again because I did not get what I paid for. The 3 men I was talking to very aggressively yelled and berated me. I was very uncomfortable and felt very unsafe. If you are looking to get a tattoo or piercing (or at the very least, a place that will treat you with respect), I highly recommend that you steer clear of Empire.

I came in with a friend to each get a tattoo done and called ahead and told them what I wanted and they said they would have time to do it. We get there pay for my friends tattoo and they begin setting up for it and tell me they won't have time to do mine even though they had just said they would. So I even tried to compromise and asked if I got it smaller if they'd have time and again they said no to come back tomorrow. So I was pissed about that but I caled back the next day to make sure they'd have time to do it, and again they said no but to call back on a later day and they'd try to do it. The customer service is ridiculous, and common sense should tell you if two people come in together to get tattoos you should let them know on advance if you can only do one of them. I'll never go back to this place. Oh and not to mention they quoted me one price then when it came time to write it down raised the price by almost $100.00. The only reason I'm giving them 2 stars instead of 1 is because the work. The guy who did my friends tattoo was nice enough and did a good job matching it to what she wanted. But I'd go somewhere else in a heartbeat.

Got my first tattoo last night from Justin! He was amazing. I was nervous and he took the time to show me equipment and how it was used. He walked me through the steps of what he was going to do before he did them and just made everything as painless as possible. He has a soft hand on the tattoo gun so it didn't hurt near as bad as I thought it would. Justin was amazing and I recommend going to Empire for any tattoo. Everyone was so friendly and nice not just Justin.

Guy named Sean did my tat during toys for tots half off special, paid $137 so should be a $274 with tax tattoo. Had my eyes close to enjoy it, bad idea. 45 minutes later and I've seen prison tats look better, go back on an apt with owner and my anxiety is high, I'm naturally upset and he starts off with an attitude says what I want would cost $2500 (tried to show him on my laptop that was out my game characters ivy but he searched his PC instead, couldn't find it then went to the original pictures of it I gave the first guy)i said Sean didn't tell me that, says not his problem all he will do is touch it up and straighten the ivy. Said I want a refund then, he said he's not doing the tat and a refund I said I don't want to do the tat now, I paid and should have gotten a $274 tattoo he said no a $137 it was half off, I didn't feel like explaining math to him I said I just want my money back you should be ashamed of something like this done in your shop he said no he won't refund me so I turned to my friend and said forget it let's go and he said now I won't do it at all I said whatever, was packing up my laptop he said get out I said I am he said get out now or I'm calling the cops, by then I had my shit packed and said f u as I walked out the door. He and I said more but I was so embarrassed and upset and he did this in front of several customers. Horrible person don't get your tattoos here!!!

They waited until after I paid to inform me that they only had studs in two colors, pink and blue, and that they had no others studs that they could pierce my nose with.2.They misjudged the length and size of the actual stud they sent me home with, which nearly fell out less than 30 minutes after I left.3. Three men rudely dismissed and YELLED at me when I asked for a refund.4. A separate shop I visited to corrected Empire's hack job piercing informed me that they'd been fixing and a handful bad piercings from this very shop.Save your money.

I really wish I could give this place 0/5 stars or lower. I have never experienced such horrible service in my entire life. I got my nose pierced at Empire and asked for a hooked or anchored nose ring that is standard at most piercing shops. They said that they did not have the jewelry I was looking for and instead gave me a regular stud that did not go all the way through my nose. When I noticed later that it was falling out, I called Empire to see if they could fix it with different jewelry that they again claimed they did not have. So, I went to another shop to have it fixed and when I went back to Empire to ask for a refund, they refused give it to me and claimed that they did, in fact, have the anchored jewelry I wanted. I politely asked for a refund again because I did not get what I paid for. The 3 men I was talking to very aggressively yelled and berated me. I was very uncomfortable and felt very unsafe. If you are looking to get a tattoo or piercing (or at the very least, a place that will treat you with respect), I highly recommend that you steer clear of Empire.
