This place is way overpriced! I know that good quality glass is something to pay for, but they are not very straight forward with their customers. I was told that all of their glass was imported from Italy (with a few from California). However, I had seen several of their pieces at stores in the Little Rock area and even one at a tobacco store that was a third of the cost. They carry a wide range of stuff and it is nice, but the price point is way too high. I would be careful when shopping here. When I mentioned that we could get the same quality of glass in Little Rock for so much cheaper, they fed me and my fiance something about them being imported from freaking Italy, right? We went to a store down the road and saw one of the exact same pieces that were $60 at Wonderland for $13. When we mentioned it to the clerk, she laughed and told us she knows for a fact they get them from a guy in Hot Springs. The guys were pretentious. We were nothing but nice. Nothing makes me angrier than a business trying to pull one over on its clients. Posting publicly so other people realize it and stay away until they change their prices. *Responding to Wonderland's post- Repeating this part: An identical pipe (or as close to identical as two glass pipes can be) was $13 at her store, $60 at yours. Maybe you should stop "importing" and ask other places where they get their pipes. Just tried to return a defective Stick Prince battery I purchased from you within the warranty time frame. You told me to go see the manufacturer, instead of replacing. You told me everything sold in your store is that way. I had receipt, box, charger, cards - everything. You even verified it was messed up after you tested it yourself. This place is our right gnarly!! The staff was really cool (can't remember the gentleman's name nut he rode a mini bike) he showed me around and answered all my questions. This place has just about anything you can think of too. Pipes of all shape, size, and price. Gas masks, grinders, vapes, tattoo supplies as well as a actual tattoo shop inside.....this place is really cool. Every visit to this establishment is a good experience, at both locations as well. They always have such an extensive variety of products there. They have a lil something for just about everyone. The prices can seem a little on the high side, however, it's bc the quality of the products sold here are worth the price. We are in Wonderland at least once a week, awesome place, Tim made an order for new Dimebag merch and made sure I got the purse I wanted for my b-day. Got an awesome tattoo there, always get our ear plugs and tunnels there, vape stuff, almost a one-stop shop for everything....no food though lol 😁. Steve at wonderland fixed a tattoo on my arm for me a little over a week ago that was trashed. He did a great job pulling it together for me. His line work and shading are on point. The guy is a perfectionist and did a great job with what he had to work with. I've always loved wonderland as a whole but as for tattoos, he really layed down a good experience for me. The used car salesman misinformed me that the vape I got could be used for dry materials, I researched it a bit more and no, just wax and concentrates, so I called him. He then lied and said the chamber could still use dry materials, which his coworker overheard and subsequently called me to tell me he was wrong. I come back and they refuse to exchange it or give me a refund and then had the gall to sell me an additional piece just to make it function the way I wanted it to. Will never shop at this unscrupulous place again. P.S. The guy had just had surgery on his ankle, and he was still up showing us everything, telling us prices, and giving good laughs. Stopped in on impulse to check out their vapor supplies and ended up buying a sigelei mod, 3 day's later it quit working, this is on Wednesday, well I work and am off only on Sunday's so I drive the 60 mile's and the guy who waited on me cleaned it and tried adjusting it, got it to somewhat work, I get 20 mile's from home it quits working again and I notice all my vap liquid has leaked out, waiting on a reply now,at this moment very unhappy Read Less

I went in to the shop today to look for some e juice and was confronted by a rude employee. He did however want to sell me 3 bottles for almost half price as long as I paid cash. ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!I had a dispute with the Mountain Pine store for selling me a faulty e-cig without properly testing it, so I went to the Central store for help. Tim was working that night and he was very kind and willing to help. When I tried to get help from the other store, they just shrugged it off and told me to fix it myself or to pay more money for the same battery at a discounted price. (Obviously I am not going to pay MORE for a battery when they made a mistake and sold me a faulty one). The Central store actually tried to help. Excellent customer service!!! This store has the largest selection of glass pipes i have ever seen. Dallas's largest smoke shops have nothing on this place. The atmosphere of this store is very mellow and welcoming. The staff are all very polite and helpful. The tattoo artists in the back do amazing work and the prices are extremely reasonable for such high quality tattoos and Piercings. They do flash or can even do custom designs for the individual to make sure each customer recieves exactly what they are looking for in their tattoo design. Read Less
