Tony is very professional and such a talented artist. He tattooed my favorite piece and ever since then he will be the only artist I go to to get work done. The place is very very clean and has such a laid back environment. He truly loves tattooing and can see it in his work. Also you don't feel like just dollar signs to him nor are you treated as such. Best artist you'll ever find. I have 15 tats & he's done everyone of them and will do everyone in the future. He has one of the cleanest shops I've seen. When you walk into his shop it's like going to a friend's house. They are very friendly & respectful. He strives to the best work around, a very clean shop & polite people (employees & customers) around this shop ya just remember the golden rule because they will treat you the way you treat them the same as anyone else would. Tony, the owner of the shop and the only artist that works there. Does amazing work hands down every time! Ive gotten all 21 or 22 tattoos that i have from him. He has been my artist since day one and will more then likely be the only person i go to for as long as he keeps tattooing. His work is always great, super friendly guy and Monty who runs the phone and front counter for him when he is busy with a customer, is just as friendly and awesome. The owner ,Tony, has done 6 of my tattoos. Very clean shop and excellent dude. He’ll work with you to make sure you get exactly what you envision. I’ve never felt rushed at this establishment. A bunch of my work is the bright colored, dare I say, Sailor Jerry style tattoos and Tony excels in this style of artwork. Keep in mind Hot Springs is a tourist town with a ton of drunk idiots. While on a quick getaway we decided to get a tattoo that was very meaningful. Searching around Hot Springs we came across Intenze Images, based on the reviews we read online we decided to check it out. Tony and Monty were absolutely great. Very friendly, personable and funny. We laughed the entire time there. Tony's shop was very clean. We loved how Tony made the visit about us and not just making money. The tattoos look amazing, very clean lines and perfect placement. This tattoo shop is first class! The shop itself was very clean. Tony was recommended highly to me and I in turn recommend him highly to you! I came in from out of town and I needed a few fixes for my tattoo that I got in Florida. Even though it was just a small amount of work for him to do he treated me with respect and took his time to make sure I was completely satisfied. Many of my family members use Tony and have large tattoos that he did and they are beautiful. My wife and I wanted tattoos to commemorate our honeymoon in Hot Springs. I called and made an appointment the week before we were going to be there. I explained what we wanted and the guy I spoke to said he thought he had some flash he could use. When we showed up for our appointment we were told the guy who was supposed to do the tattoos had stepped out to get something to eat. The guy who was there told us there was no flash even close to what we wanted and the tats would have to be drawn. We waited 20 minutes on a bench outside the shop and the guy we were supposed to see finally showed up with his bag from McDonald's. My wife told him we were there for our appointment and he looked like a deer in the headlights - not a clue. He then told us to let him eat his dinner and then he'd get to us when he was done. He went inside. We left. Very unprofessional operation. If they are going to make appointments they need to be there. Read Less
