I took little red here to get her ears pierced. Chad was great with her. She had a little break down before she got them pierced and he was so patient! Got the daith piercing "migraine piercing" and i had them so bad they made me nausated and have mini sezures. Now they are like a 5-6 on the pain scale. Like a normal headace! Its amazing!!! Thank you so much chad!!! Read Less

I'm giving 4 stars due to only getting a piercing. I do not know about the tattoo quality. But as I read on Google's reviews, Chad is the man when it comes to piercings! Went to Primal Urge on a whim (visiting from out of town) to get my conch pierced & Chad did my piercing. He was super nice & friendly. Explained everything to me throughly & did a great job. I got my Daith piercing from Chad about a week ago because I had terrible migraines. I usually have 3-5 migraines a week and go through a large bottle of Tylenol every week or so. Went in and had a dermal put in and it was done perfectly and as gently as possible. My piercer was chad and he was very professional and friendly. The place was clean and I was only in there for about 15 minutes. Had a few issues after the first couple of months with the piercing I would recommend using another shop for a dermal but everything else I'm sure they wouldn't have a problem with, they were very professional and kind. The people here are nice enough but it wass like they wanted to get me in and out. The shop also smells like mold. I asked the guy that tattooed me to draw something for me after I got my first tattoo and he never didit. So, I went to the guys down the street and they drew it right then. Don't bother with the trailor. They might be cheap but that is the type of work you will get. I already had to get my tattoo touched up less than a year later. Read Less

My sister had a lip ring put in, and I was interested in getting a septum piercing. The two tattoo artists who were at the desk were friendly and the place felt very relaxed. My sister got her lip ring put in quickly and the woman who helped us was very sweet. I wasn't able to get a piercing, because neither of the piercers felt comfortable doing it on my nose (I have funky septum cartilage), and I really appreciated the honesty on both of their parts. There was a third piercer that might have been able to do it, but unfortunately I couldn't stay long enough to talk to him.It was an excellent place, and I hope I can go back there soon! Read Less
