I have three tattoos and the one I got here is way better than my other ones. my friend and I have gotten tattoos and piercings here. they are very good at telling you how to take care of your piercings and tattoos. They make you feel at home and help relieve any anxiety about getting something new. we drove an hour to come here and I don't regret it a bit. our tattoo artist was Mike and he did an awesome job, but I have been nosey and watched the other artists at work and they are just as amazing as him. They all do wonderful jobs! They know their strengths and will tell you who the best artist for your needs... Kyle does all of my tattoos and I get so many compliments on all the work he does... Kyle and and the guy at anchor all do great work, very friendly, and professional. I have had an awesome experience every tattoo done in there. I've received 5 tattoos from kyle and he's gone above and beyond my expectations. I even took my 6 year old daughter there to get her ears pierced and they were very patients and made her feel at ease which wasn't the case when we tried at a different store. Clay did my tattoo... and he did fantastic! Super professional. Reasonably priced. The atmosphere was also a very chill environment. As a walk in, I did have to wait... which is fine because to me that says a lot about the quality of the work. I was hesitant when I entered as I forgot to ask if they accepted walk-ins. To my pleasant surprise, they do. I sat with Dustin while the equipment sterilized and found him to be pretty badass. The jewelry they have is a little pricey but that's because they only use the best. My tragus piercing experience was calm and comfortable. I have to say that the shop is top notch as far as décor.  It's really beautiful inside and seems super techie.  However, the lust factor quickly came to a screeching halt as soon as the "kid" behind the counter opened his mouth.  I have to say that was the rudest encounter I have EVER had with a business as a patron.  We called and requested to make an appointment because there were three of us wanting the same tattoos.  We know that is time consuming so we were wanting to make sure that we could all get in together as this was something special for our little sister---her first!  I explained to the man on the phone what we were wanting and he informed us that they "do not take appointments unless you come in and speak with the artist AND pay a deposit'.  That might not be so bad, if you lived anywhere near there.  I told him what time we could be there and he stated that we could all come in together.....just could not make "an appointment".  Once we got there, it was a different story.  We were told that they could ink ONE of us, maybe TWO.....but definitely NOT all three!  AND THAT IT WOULD HAVE BEEN BEST TO CALL AHEAD AND MAKE AN APPOINTMENT!!!!!!!!!!!!!We told him what we were told and I swear, he called us liars without actually saying the word "liar".  While we were discussing what we were going to do, he became very huffy and rolled his eyes at us.  Then looked at his magazine when my sister tried to show him the picture of what we were wanting.  We left and luckily found someone that was quite happy to receive our business....  Never have I ever been made to feel as if I was a "burden" to someone that gets paid to serve the public.
