Amazing place and a talented crew! I'm so happy I got my tattoos here (and will get more in the future). Everyone in the shop is welcoming and kind. I contacted artist Carly beforehand and we brainstormed what I wanted. She gave me a fair and totally reasonable quote for the work. When I got there, we worked more together to develop exactly what I wanted--Carly was patient and made great suggestions; she made sure I would get the right and best tattoo! She's an incredibly talented artist and a considerate tattooer (she also has a light hand, which I'm grateful for).While I was there, I also observed how the other artists treated people and they were great! They worked individually with each client; every artist takes his/her time to get everything perfect. Everyone is very personable and supportive, too, which is nice.Things to know: it's a cash-only shop (ATM on premises); I recommend making an appointment to ensure you and the artist have time to work together.Thanks, Carly, for a wonderful experience. See you soon.

I love the traditional tattoo, love the price and love the original design by Ridge as well. He is the only guy, that I know of, in town that I want tattooing my neck.

Spontaneously stopped by to see the place as we were driving back from Sierra Vista at the end of a six day road trip - on our way to the Phoenix airport to fly home to Seattle. Al had a cancellation and was available for a quick little lotus flower on my foot. From the moment I walked in I had a good vibe - and needless to say I am very happy with my new tattoo. A great reminder of an awesome roadtrip...thank you Al!

I just got my first tattoo done here since moving to AZ and I couldn't be happier. I was a little nervous having someone new tattoo me as I had always gone to the same person back home, but Fernando was awesome and made me feel really comfortable right away. He got me in quickly for an appointment and worked with me on price. The work he did is even more than I had hoped for. I'm super impressed and would 100% see Fernando again.

They are fair with prices, will make you laugh (who doesn't love that), and you will be MORE than happy with the tattoo you walk away with! I have been tattooed by both Ridge and Al, and have friends who have been tattooed by Nando, Anthony & Matt and they are all equally talented artists with their own quirky specialties. Got a tattoo done by Ridge today. I was pleased with how he took his time to get the design I wanted just right and how he gladly made any minor changes I asked for. He did a great job with it and I love the end result! The shop overall has a good atmosphere and friendly artists. I'll be going back to get more work done in the future! It was definitely worth the almost 3 hour drive from my house too!

Metro is the place to go for good quality work. I've been going there for years and Al has done all the work that's been done there. Although, I wouldn't hesitate to let any one of the artists there tattoo me. They all have there specialties and will steer you in the right direction. DO NOT expect to come in off the street with a random design and sit right down. That's not how this place operates. They may have an appointment cancel and be able to work you in but otherwise, take your idea to one of them, discuss it and schedule an appointment.There are 4 stations inside, a couch, a tv and music. The music they play is quite the variety which is nice cause I don't feel like I have to be in a death metal band to get a tattoo there like most other places I've visited in town. The overall feel of the place is inviting and comfortable. It's really clean and sterile besides having to be. All the tattoo furniture is comfortable and nicely kept. As long as they're in town I won't go anywhere else. I've sent lots of business to them and all of them are very pleased with the work.Go to Metro if you want a damn good tattoo or go somewhere else and get a half ass tattoo.
