My first experience with Divine was on Friday the 13th. I was impressed and decided to go back to get my next tattoo. My boyfriend I went in about 7 and I was first thrown off by no one greeting us. We awkwardly stood around for 15 minutes before we had to go look for help. After meeting with an artist he asked us to come back 2 hours later, he just had two small tattoos to get done. When we returned the artist was hanging out in front with his friends, and he told us he still had the second tattoo to do if we could just wait. He assured us it wouldn't be long, he was all set up, just had to do a quick small tattoo. We waited 45 minutes and he still hadn't started on his clients tattoo. I was very displeased with the customer service and lack of professionalism. To avoid a bad tattooing experience we finally left after waiting for quite some time. I can't comment on their skills or tattoos, but if you want good customer service and a good experience Divine probably isn't your place. I've been treated much better by other tattoo parlors in town. Read Less

We came here for Friday the 13th in October, Steveo did an amazing job he is great. We came back today got there at about 4:45 we got put on mondo's list for custom tattoos were told that it would be about an hour and a half wait time reasonable... I understand Friday the 13th tattoo days have long waits.. ok what ever. It is now 10:00 and we are told that Mondo is not doing any more tattoos and nobody else wanted to take us... Got a tattoo here in January of 2017 by the owner. The colors he used didn't mesh well together, the line work could be much better, and the detailing was SO off. I even had presented a picture of what I had hoped for and it looks nothing like it.Have had countless people tell me over the last year that they thought it was a temporary stick on tattoo.. the kind you put on with a sponge, by how  it is.. I am hoping to get it covered or fixed so that I'm not forever embarrassed by it on my wrist. Nothing against Derek, he seemed like a great guy. But this tattoo has caused me tons of embarrassment when it's exposed so I've tried to keep it covered most of the past year. Read Less

Best tattoo shop in Tucson by opinion. The artists are all extremely professional and very friendly. They all have so much experience and are very flexible with their customers. I always recommend this shop when asked about my work. Multiple artists have done my tattoos, but my personal favorite is Mando. I met with an amazing artist, I'm not sure how to spell his name, but I heard "Deuce", who gave me my first tattoo. On their super busy Friday the 13th flash sale, I was a noob and had no idea what to do, but he and their staff made me feel welcomed. Deuce also advised me with his tattoo experience into getting a bit of shading instead of just the outline, and it was the best decision. Incredibly welcoming, friendly, and comfortable. About a week ago I went to Divine with just a base concept for a tattoo sleeve I wanted. Mando pointed me in the direction of another artist named TC. We talked for about 30 minutes and settled on an idea. Made an appointment and went in yesterday for the tattoo. 8 hours in the chair and all of my outline was completed! I went in on a Wednesday afternoon to see about making an appointment. After finally talking to someone I made an appointment for Sunday evening at 6:30pm. Sunday morning I get a text asking who I am (he really did not put my name or what I was getting down next to my number like a damn amateur), and he told me that he can only do it Sunday at 1pm and not 6:30pm like we agreed on when making the appointment, which I could not do because I was working until 6pm (hence the 6:30pm appointment). So the appointment was changed to Monday at 5pm. Monday morning I get a text asking if we were still on for Wednesday. Wednesday? I heard that they drink and smoke alot at Divine, so it was honestly my fault for giving them a chance and walking in those termite infested doors. Please don't be like me, stay away from places like Divine and UnHoly ink, instead go to Majestik or somewhere who will take care of you right! Read Less

Manny did my first tattoo yesterday and I loved it. He explained what was going to happen and what he wanted to do with the coloring because I didn't have a clue. He joked with me and talked to me while working on my tattoo. He made me feel very comfortable and not rushed despite the fact that it was Friday the 13th which it a big day for them and people lined out the door waiting for their turn. My artist was Steve Ornelas.  My friend and I got tats that together make a complete picture.  after healing there was no need for touch ups.  First time for me. All the other tats I have had done by someone else had to have touch ups.  The color is strong and even.  we were both happy with the outcome.  We showed him a picture of what we wanted and he free hand it on our arms. So I didn't get a tattoo here... I work at a nearby restaurant and the female owner came in to see if anyone was interested in supporting a raffle. I guess someone was in an accident. I bought some tickets and I actually won a tattoo from some guy named Steve-o. I had a meeting with him and he was going to draw some stuff up and get back to me. He never did. She came back in my work to eat and promised she would have him call me. He never did!! Kind of tacky if you ask me. I found out he was a part time artist so I was very thankful I didn't get the tattoo. I'm all for helping people out but I felt like they took my money... Boo!!! Iv been coming to this shop for a year and a half now and manny does all my work and iv never been disappointed but even if you don't like his style there are other very talented artists here who can make any of your tattoo ideas become a reality so if you want some ink come check this badass place out it's the best Tucson has to offer in my honest opinion.
