Worst customer service I have ever received. I cannot believe the disrespect I received as a paying customer. I went to Ry-Tang and I asked for a specific design and after being told that it was do able and going over some ideas and leaving a deposit he drew up a design that was not even close to what we had talked about and he REFUSED to make any changes to it that I wanted. I felt like i was being forced to get a tattoo that I hated because I had already left a deposit. ...I asked to make a few minor color changes to the tattoo so I would feel comfortable getting it, but he refused to do the tattoo any way except for how HE wanted it! I was told that he would not do the tattoo i wanted because he refused to "lower his standards" to the tattoo I wanted. HE cancelled our appointment the day after paying the deposit and said I would not get my deposit back, I honestly feel like I was scammed out of my money. He told me from the beginning that he would do the tattoo how I liked it and after paying my deposit he completely changed the tattoo and then cancelled the appointment. I honestly feel like I was scammed and I will not be returning to this shop in the future and neither will any of my friends or family who are aware of this incident and are as infuriated as I am.
