Made a Facebook status about wanting to do something spontaneous that day...maybe some new ink. A gym buddy recommended Manuel. She said he doesn't take walk ins though. I messaged the page and he told me to call him. Just so happens that he had a cancelation so I booked it. Manuel Flowers (owner/artist) is one of the best tattoo artists I've seen. His photo-realism work is uncanny! Like a typical guy his age, he loves comic book characters and tattooing them on his clients is a real forté. He charges reasonable prices, and occasionally offers deals. She had said nothing but phenomenal things about Next Level and after having a terrible experience at a shop in Queen Creek, with a tattoo on my leg that got infected, I decided to check it out.
