My wife and I are thrilled with the new tattoos we received from Gerasimo. I knew from the second I viewed his portfolio (which is always readily available) he is truly a professional and obviously experienced. Although his schedule was heavy, he made plenty of time to deal with my wife and I individually and fit us in. Even with my odd request for a custom tattoo and 0 reference he still made time to draw it up. I was relying soley on the creative mind of an artist. Gerasim...o definitely delivered, and then some! I was impressed by his ability to think on his feet and incorporate peices into it that i would have never thought of myself. Ali and another artist David were also very helpful and friendly. Never have gotten a tattoo there that wasn't amazing. Last time I went in though was for piercings about a wk ago. I have to say Allie was great she's such a doll and made me feel so at ease. Went in to the enchanted dragon the guy was sleeping on the couch was not very helpful kinda rude, still tryed to give it try but it just was not happening the artist matt gave me the impression like i was bothering him so i left and went to a shop down the road and was treated great and was helped to the point that i went back and got another tattoo. so the customer service is not that great and the people that work there are kinda rude.
