I spent the day before I got my tattoo contemplating what I truly wanted and I finally figured it out. I did some browsing online for what shops were open and so I called first and they were super friendly and said come on in, and in a matter of minutes I went down to the shop and we discussed what I wanted. They got me in next day at 2:00pm with Katie and I was ready! I sent Katie my ideas she took about 20 mins to draw up what I wanted and it was perfect! She was really clean and organized she had me lay down and she went to work on my beautiful tattoo! The atmosphere was very clean and calming It was super relaxing to the point I fell asleep while she was working. I am thrilled that she was very sweet and I really enjoyed her being the artist she was for me.:) Thank you Katie!!!! It looks Beautiful!

Shop was clean and the artists present definitely looked like they knew what they were doing. Smells fresh and clean. Nice atmosphere. Will be returning for more tattoos!

I had a leg piece done by Mike Otero and it turned out fantastic. I was a little apprehensive at first since my first color tattoo I had done didn't turn out well at all. (not through them) Through looking at the many awards he has won on their wall and his portfolio I felt reassured. We even stayed a little past closing to ensure it was done right. Overall I would come to this shop solely if I come back to Sierra Vista.

Got a piece done by Katie last night. I'm very, very happy with the work. When I first came in for a tattoo cover up consult I only had a few photos for her to work with but she was able to to take my idea right from my head and put it on me. I have had very bad luck with tattoo "studios" in the past. 99% of my tattoos are my own designs and finding a place willing to do a cover up and willing to take an idea and actually make it happen, for me... is a big deal.

Excellent work and honest work. Had a chest piece and wrist piece appraised. Ended up taking a little longer because of how intricate the art was. But Mike continued on and we stayed and finished even after the shop closed until about 2300. Though the piece was obviously more work and time than they'd thought, they stuck to their appraisal price and did not take away any craftsmanship or art from the piece. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend.

He is very deserving of the gift of talent he has. I also know that Matt is a very honest, hard working, clean, and smart individual that would not have anyone in his shop that does not share the same traits. I did some browsing online for what shops were open and so I called first and they were super friendly and said come on in, and in a matter of minutes I went down to the shop and we discussed what I wanted.
