I want to recommend Sally Hayes Permanent Cosmetics to anyone wanting beautiful natural looking eyebrows! My eyebrows had become very pale over the years, & my ability to do a good job of penciling them in was literally shaky! After reading reviews for Sally & watching the videos on her website, I decided to go for it & am so glad I did! I think you will find her work very enhancing and natural looking. I went to her few years ago and still traumatized by her. She is rude, arrogant, thinking she is above it all. I paid so much money for my eyebrows and yet she couldn't even numb me correctly. First she was like I'm moving too much. Well because I'm in a lot of pain. After the first time, the ink came off completely and I went back for the second treatment. She told me she will not use any numbing medication because the ink will fall rights off. She was doing it raw and I was in sooo much pain and she got frustrated then she said forget it. I hope if anyone reads this they don't go to her she is the rudest most disrespectful woman I've ever spoken to on the phone! I was looking for someone to fix my eyebrows because of someone else's mistake and decided to call her.. well I told her what was going on and she was rude and not understanding at all!!! Calling me ugly and yelling at me and then trying to say I was yelling at her when I was simply asking questions about my concerns. I paid a lot of money for my eyebrows and eyeliner so I expected perfection. My eyebrows look very amateurish---the color is not consistent and one eyebrow is more toward the inside of my eye than the other and she never cleaned up the eyebrow area. My eyebrows do not taper off at the end. I love my upper eyeliner, but my lower liner isn't completely to the outside of my eye. I love waking up in the morning and not looking completely pale so I love the idea of tattoos and would encourage anyone to get eye tatoos--I just think I didn't look around enough and I paid too much--I didn't ask how much Sally charged. Sally did my brows, eyes, and lips in 2000 in Dallas, TX, and the results were fantastic. She stopped coming to Dallas because the plastic surgeon retired. Over the years I went to other people in Dallas to have my brows, eyes, and lips touched up as they fade over time. I was not happy at all with the results. I made the decision to fly to Memphis recently to have Sally redo everything again. As with the first time in 2000, I am thrilled with what she did. There is no comparison between the artistry of Sally and other people. I will never let anyone but Sally touch me again. Wow! Sally's professionalism and expertise is second to none. Do your research. As a medical professional, her work is amazing and she has many good photos of her own work. She did my brows, eyes and lips with amazing results! I should have done this years ago but was somewhat nervous. I have full confidence in Sally's expertise and ability. It was so easy! I've never write a review but felt I needed to with my experience. Was so excited to get my brows done in July 2015 from Sally. Had seen her on tv and thought she must be amazing. So set up an appt and went in. I pull at my brows so they're very patchy. Went in and she tattoos them on, literally was in there not even a half hour. She said the brows shouldn't look like twins which I thought was weird, I thought wouldn't you want them to have a mirrored effect. My right brow had a very high arch and my left was normal. So I went in after they healed and showed her, she supposedly fixed it, but couldn't tell for a week that it still looked the same. $500 for this! But I just dealt with it bc it was better than before I went to her. 3 months later the tattoo started turning peach, everyday more and more. Here it is 6 months into it and they are bright peach! I did research and kept my eyes opened for someone new that does microblading and found someone to fix this mess. She's got a few of Sally's customers with the same problem. I've been told she uses a low grade ink that doesn't work with skin pigment. My appt is in a few weeks and excited to get brows back that look REAL! Not just colored on. So just bc someone's on tv doesn't mean they're the best around!Hard trying to get a close up picture but posted one. Read Less

just had my eyeliner done and thanks to the lidocaine numbing cream, it was painless just felt tickle-y and a weird sensation -- nothing worse than a typical dentist visit but this is for long-lasting beauty so SOO worth it! i cant wait to share my before and after pictures after the swelling goes down! Years of eyebrow insecurities gone! First I have to say that I adore Sally. I wish she was my aunt and we could bargain shop together and grab lunch on a regular basis. :) Her years of experience (30 +) is unbeatable in terms of other artists. The consultation put me at such ease and built up my confidence in choosing her based on her deep knowledge, taking the time to walk through the process with me, experience, picture proof and reviews.
