*****UPDATE*****ClubTattoo has sine reached out to me and resolved my issue and honored our agreement to satisfaction.Side note: their customer service rep, Briana, was amazing! She was very responsive and understanding. They are very lucky to have her representing them!A few weeks back Club Tattoo was running a promotional deal on gift cards.$400 gift card for $280 + $7 S&H.I purchased this gift card with a group of friends. Got my email confirmation for a $400 with a total cost of $287. AWESOME!A few days later I received an email stating that they can not honor this arrangement and will ship out the card with the purchased price only of $280.This is a total bait and switch tactic. Completely unprofessional and a huge disloyalty to customers.I attempted to email them shortly after and all my emails went unreplied. It wasnt until a filed a complaint through PayPal is when someone replied back. I did get my refund and they canceled the gift card.Be wary of a company who practices these acts to get people in their door!If they instead honored their deal or in the end or gave me a refund and allowed me to keep my balance on the gift card, not only would they have had a customer walk in their doors and give them more money, they also wouldn't be receiving bad reviews warning people of their shady business practices.

Very unpleasant experience. Called for 2 people to get walk-in tattoos was told it would be 15 minute wait once we got there. It ended up being more like an hour- hour and a half. Then the guy assigned to us kept messing up simple font designs until getting it right the 10th time. Finally about to get tattooed and was told 2 5 letter designs were going to be 160 and 200 for a little outline of vampire teeth with no shading or anything. Waste of 2 hours, time and energy. Terrible service and will never ever go back. Went to a place after and got shop minimum pricing for those which was 80$ what they should of been in the first place. THIS PLACE WAS A JOKE!! Save your money and go elsewhere.

Hands down best tattoo shop I've ever been to! It's extremely clean, looks brand new, and entire staff is very friendly, helpful, and patient. Jorge did all 3 of our tattoos and they were all phenomenal! He is very professional, sanitary, creative, gentle, and light handed which definitely helped with any associated pain. His lines are ON POINT. Super thin and clear, exactly what we all wanted. We're from NJ but we would all come back to AZ just for him. Already planning our next ones with him. Five stars hands down!

BEST TATTOO ARTIST EVER! The whole staff we met was extremely nice and helpful, and Jorge himself. I got a decent size tattoo between my breasts and he did an amazing job!! The outline and shading were fantastic. The straight lines were on point. We all loved this tattoo place, and plan on coming back to him next time we're in Arizona. 10/10 recommend!!!!

Went to Club Tattoo @ Harley Davidson and had such a great experience. I walked in and wanted a tattoo that day. Jarris VonZombie said he'd be happy to help. I showed him the picture of what I wanted and told him I wanted it done now. Lol. He told me he wouldn't have enough time that day and didn't want to rush it. I agreed to come back the next day. When I retuned the next day I was blown away by what Jarris had created for me. It was beyond my expectations. I could tell he put thought into it. All I had asked for was a flower and some wording and I got the most beautiful design ever. The tattoo took 6.5 hours and Jarris worked straight through only taking a break when I needed to stretch my legs. He took the time for the small details, accurate coloring, blending, etc. He exceeded my expectations and I could not have asked for a better tattoo artist. He is also a genuinely nice person. I can't wait to work with Jarris VonZombie again and highly recommend him!

And what a surprise they had no issue with me bringing my newborn baby in with me to purchase jewelry. What a shocker right !!!!! So club tattoo is upstairs in the Harley Davidson shop. Such a cute little but very open shop.I walked in completely comfortable everybody there is so friendly and informative genuinely just so nice.I'll make the drive anyday to get my jewelry for anyone of my piercings!!!!!

He was not only top notch, but was extremely knowledgeable, clean and professional. He is kind to the core and I would Highly highly recommend him for your next piercing job. He made me comfortable with my decisions in the high quality jewelry they sell and went so far as to change them out for me. Even though getting my old jewelry out should have been super difficult, he did it with ease and precision and I felt no discomfort. I would highly recommend Josh for all of your piercing needs!

I am blown away the majority of reviews for this location are 5 stars! I had a horrendous experience just trying to speak with Sway or get him to return an email over the course of 2 weeks calling them and stopping in! The tall girl at the front who I spoke with has done nothing to connect me with the artist so I can schedule an appointment and drop $2,000 on a sleeve. I have heard terrible things about club tattoo in general but was impressed with sways portfolio so decided to give them a shot... failed miserably. Harley Davidson of Scottsdale should be concerned about the image they are receiving due to the lack of any effort at club tattoo. Terrible experience and I didn't even get in the chair to get blasted! Awful representation for the dealership and club tattoo. Would love to here from management of the dealership in regards to this.

100% love this place! i went in to get my nose pierced and josh was an AMAZING piercer!! he made me feel very comfortable, talked me through all the steps of what he was doing as well as the after care, and made it a super duper quick and painless experience! i also had my cartilage done but i had the worst earring in it so he showed me some good studs to put in that would prevent it from turning the greenish color and as well as getting infected and swollen (cuz i got it done in the mall). but ya i totally recommend josh for any piercings and can't wait to go back!!! thanks club tattoo!!

My fiancé and I stopped in after researching local artists. Brenna (@smilintiger on IG) had a style that beat fit what we were looking for. She was friendly, professional, and fun. She and shop manager Rachel kept us both company and chatted with us during our sessions. The location is on the second floor of a huge Harley Davidson dealership. The shop itself is well lit, clean, and has digital photos of each artists portfolio. We walked away very happy with the results and are proud to show off Brenna's work.

I went to have a piercing re-done (took it out in a moment of doubt) and was referred to Club Tattoo - and wasn't sent wrong. Easily the most amazing tattoo & piercing facility I've ever visited. Extremely clean, incredibly well equipped. Staff was very professional and provided very clear disclosures, up-front pricing, and detailed after care instructions. Service rooms were private and equipped with the most amazing articulating benches I've ever seen. The gentleman who performed my piercing was friendly, extremely cautious and re-assuring and demonstrated that he takes great pride in his craft. Truly an A+ experience.

I found Ryan through Instagram, and inquired about getting a daith, back in February or so. He is extremely competent and knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire piercing experience. The Club Tattoo shop in it's entirety is very clean and sterile, and it's a pretty damn cool shop too, located inside Scottsdale Harley Davidson dealership. I ended up ordering a beautiful custom daith ring, and when I went to pick it up and have him put it in, I decided to get a tragus piercing with a similar piece of jewelry. Again, the second piercing experience was just as badass as the first! I recommend to anyone thinking about getting pierced to go see Ryan at Club Tattoo inside HDOS and let him take care of you. The piercing prices are spot on and the selection of jewelry is wide and beautiful!! Thank you, Ryan, for such wonderful work!!

I decide to shop around and came across Club Tattoo in the Harley Davidson shop. From the minute I walked in I was created by a very enthusiastic team. Brenna took my design and got it perfect!!!! She was so personable (everyone was) it made me feel very comfortable. I have no issues with needles so the discussions were a peek and. It a distraction. I have found my tattoo shop and will go here every time I want a new piece.My advise to all, GO HERE AND YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED.

I have been thinking about a tattoo for some time now. Stumbled upon this location after visiting the Harley dealer with my son as a fun day out. Immediately was greeted by Rachel and consulted with Brenna. Loved their energy, but wasn't ready to commit. Went to two other shops nearby with great reviews, but never felt as comfortable as Club Tattoo. So returned today. Same positive energy as before from every team member there. I can highly recommend Club Tattoo and Brenna. She was patient, friendly, has a very relaxed personality, and just makes you feel comfortable. I brought my own artwork - but was really impressed by her precision and steady hand. Already thinking about my next one and no doubt I will ask for Brenna. I highly recommend coming to see Ryan at Club Tattoo for a piercing, lobe stretch, or even just to buy some beautiful new jewelry from his awesome selection (He has excellent taste in jewelry) and he knows a lot about the jewelry he sells. Ryan is a very skilled, talented, safe, and highly professional piercer. He is consistently very kind, friendly, and patient with me every time I come in to see him. I had the best experience Ive ever had anywhere with a lobe stretch with Ryan. And recently I came to see him for an inner conch piercing which was another incredible experience as well (beautiful placement, very little discomfort, And quick healing) I have always left Club Tattoo very happy that I decided to come in when Ryan was there and I look forward to many more piercings in the future!

A few weeks later, he helped me change out the jewelry for the first time. Wish I still lived in AZ so I could visit him again!

We walked in was in the shop 10 to 15 minutes no one greeted us as well as the lady with the dreads that stood at the register the entire time nor asking us if she could assist or open the glass counter to show us any earrings that I was looking at. Needless to say We walked OUT!!!! Just want to ask why should we have to beg someone to take our money ??? It's just common courtesy to greet your customers !!!! She was very responsive and understanding. They are very lucky to have her representing them!A few weeks back Club Tattoo was running a promotional deal on gift cards.$400 gift card for $280 + $7 S&H.I purchased this gift card with a group of friends. Got my email confirmation for a $400 with a total cost of $287. AWESOME!A few days later I received an email stating that they can not honor this arrangement and will ship out the card with the purchased price only of $280.This is a total bait and switch tactic. Completely unprofessional and a huge disloyalty to customers.I attempted to email them shortly after and all my emails went unreplied. It wasnt until a filed a complaint through PayPal is when someone replied back. I did get my refund and they canceled the gift card.Be wary of a company who practices these acts to get people in their door!If they instead honored their deal or in the end or gave me a refund and allowed me to keep my balance on the gift card, not only would they have had a customer walk in their doors and give them more money, they also wouldn't be receiving bad reviews warning people of their shady business practices.

Very unpleasant experience. Called for 2 people to get walk-in tattoos was told it would be 15 minute wait once we got there. It ended up being more like an hour- hour and a half. Then the guy assigned to us kept messing up simple font designs until getting it right the 10th time. Finally about to get tattooed and was told 2 5 letter designs were going to be 160 and 200 for a little outline of vampire teeth with no shading or anything. Waste of 2 hours, time and energy. Terrible service and will never ever go back. Went to a place after and got shop minimum pricing for those which was 80$ what they should of been in the first place. THIS PLACE WAS A JOKE!! Save your money and go elsewhere.

BEST TATTOO ARTIST EVER! The whole staff we met was extremely nice and helpful, and Jorge himself. I got a decent size tattoo between my breasts and he did an amazing job!! The outline and shading were fantastic. The straight lines were on point. We all loved this tattoo place, and plan on coming back to him next time we're in Arizona. 10/10 recommend!!!!

Went to Club Tattoo @ Harley Davidson and had such a great experience. I walked in and wanted a tattoo that day. Jarris VonZombie said he'd be happy to help. I showed him the picture of what I wanted and told him I wanted it done now. Lol. He told me he wouldn't have enough time that day and didn't want to rush it. I agreed to come back the next day. When I retuned the next day I was blown away by what Jarris had created for me. It was beyond my expectations. I could tell he put thought into it. All I had asked for was a flower and some wording and I got the most beautiful design ever. The tattoo took 6.5 hours and Jarris worked straight through only taking a break when I needed to stretch my legs. He took the time for the small details, accurate coloring, blending, etc. He exceeded my expectations and I could not have asked for a better tattoo artist. He is also a genuinely nice person. I can't wait to work with Jarris VonZombie again and highly recommend him!

I had a horrendous experience just trying to speak with Sway or get him to return an email over the course of 2 weeks calling them and stopping in! The tall girl at the front who I spoke with has done nothing to connect me with the artist so I can schedule an appointment and drop $2,000 on a sleeve. I have heard terrible things about club tattoo in general but was impressed with sways portfolio so decided to give them a shot... failed miserably. Harley Davidson of Scottsdale should be concerned about the image they are receiving due to the lack of any effort at club tattoo. Terrible experience and I didn't even get in the chair to get blasted! Awful representation for the dealership and club tattoo. Would love to here from management of the dealership in regards to this.

My fiancé and I stopped in after researching local artists. Brenna (@smilintiger on IG) had a style that beat fit what we were looking for. She was friendly, professional, and fun. She and shop manager Rachel kept us both company and chatted with us during our sessions. The location is on the second floor of a huge Harley Davidson dealership. The shop itself is well lit, clean, and has digital photos of each artists portfolio. We walked away very happy with the results and are proud to show off Brenna's work.

Extremely clean, incredibly well equipped. Staff was very professional and provided very clear disclosures, up-front pricing, and detailed after care instructions. Service rooms were private and equipped with the most amazing articulating benches I've ever seen. The gentleman who performed my piercing was friendly, extremely cautious and re-assuring and demonstrated that he takes great pride in his craft. Truly an A+ experience.

He is extremely competent and knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire piercing experience. The Club Tattoo shop in it's entirety is very clean and sterile, and it's a pretty damn cool shop too, located inside Scottsdale Harley Davidson dealership. I ended up ordering a beautiful custom daith ring, and when I went to pick it up and have him put it in, I decided to get a tragus piercing with a similar piece of jewelry. Again, the second piercing experience was just as badass as the first! I recommend to anyone thinking about getting pierced to go see Ryan at Club Tattoo inside HDOS and let him take care of you. The piercing prices are spot on and the selection of jewelry is wide and beautiful!! Thank you, Ryan, for such wonderful work!!

Just wanted to say what an amazing experience I had getting my first tattoo! I was super nervous and excited but thankfully my tattoo artist Brenna was super sweet and kept my mind off the tattoo by talking to me and getting to know Me! I couldn't believe how quick and painless it was! And my fiancee loved the tattoo so it was a super success! Will definitely be back when I'm ready for my next one! Thank you so much Brenna!

Ryan was AHMAZING! Not only did he wipe my tears from my nose piercing, he was super fast and almost painless! Great staff, great prices, and super sterile!!!

Writing to share my gratitude for making my first tattoo experience so memorable and easy. Thank you Brenna - I am delighted with the finished product and the experience. I have been thinking about a tattoo for some time now. Stumbled upon this location after visiting the Harley dealer with my son as a fun day out. Immediately was greeted by Rachel and consulted with Brenna. Loved their energy, but wasn't ready to commit. Went to two other shops nearby with great reviews, but never felt as comfortable as Club Tattoo. So returned today. Same positive energy as before from every team member there. I can highly recommend Club Tattoo and Brenna. She was patient, friendly, has a very relaxed personality, and just makes you feel comfortable. I brought my own artwork - but was really impressed by her precision and steady hand. Already thinking about my next one and no doubt I will ask for Brenna. Thank you to the entire crew at Club Tattoo for making it a great day. Cheers!

Today I came in with my boyfriend's mom, she had her ear pierced and I was able to downsize my nose ring with a smaller stud. I had the same excellent service and highly recommend Josh.

Incredibly awesome and talented staff. Devyn did a beautiful job on a very detailed script tattoo I got on my wrist in honor of my mom. For as much as a tattoo can't hurt, Devyn did an awesome job - seriously almost fell asleep it was that gentle and easy. The place is awesome - especially being right on the 2nd floor of Harley Davidson.

I highly recommend coming to see Ryan at Club Tattoo for a piercing, lobe stretch, or even just to buy some beautiful new jewelry from his awesome selection (He has excellent taste in jewelry) and he knows a lot about the jewelry he sells. Ryan is a very skilled, talented, safe, and highly professional piercer. He is consistently very kind, friendly, and patient with me every time I come in to see him. I had the best experience Ive ever had anywhere with a lobe stretch with Ryan. And recently I came to see him for an inner conch piercing which was another incredible experience as well (beautiful placement, very little discomfort, And quick healing) I have always left Club Tattoo very happy that I decided to come in when Ryan was there and I look forward to many more piercings in the future!

Very happy with my septum piercing that I received from Ryan. He was very professional, knowledgable, and kind. He was easy to get in touch with (via Instagram) and got me in within a few minutes of my arrival. My piercing did not hurt at all, was done very precisely, and healed very quickly. A few weeks later, he helped me change out the jewelry for the first time. Wish I still lived in AZ so I could visit him again!

SUCKS!!! Husband & I went in to have matching tattoos for his birthday after talking to someoneOn the phone that said come in and requested an artist and leave a down payment. We walked in was in the shop 10 to 15 minutes no one greeted us as well as the lady with the dreads that stood at the register the entire time nor asking us if she could assist or open the glass counter to show us any earrings that I was looking at. Needless to say We walked OUT!!!! Just want to ask why should we have to beg someone to take our money ??? It's just common courtesy to greet your customers !!!! We went to OLD TOWN INK in Scottsdale LOVE THEM & WILL GO BACK!!! Inviting staff & awesome tattoos
