I've gone here a few times and I've had amazing customer service. But, I've gotten my nose pierced on both sides twice, first time they were clearly asymmetrical which I didn't notice until I left. The next time they looked symmetrical... until I went in to get a hoop on the other side instead of a stud, and once again I realized they were clearly not even. It looked like when she pierced the other side she pierced it so that only a stud would look right with the hoop I previously had on my other side if that makes sense. Also the hoop I had on my right side previously was tight & when the piercer put in the other one on my left side, it wasn't tight at all, it looked 3 sizes too big and I trusted her so I hadn't looked closely in a mirror until I left, so that was my fault unfortunately. Came in with some friends back in February while my husband was in the area for work and got two piercings done by Kristie. I got one regular helix and one forward helix piercing. The night of I actually really liked her- she seemed super knowledgeable and friendly. We were laughing and making jokes the whole time so I was very comfortable. I remember her making a comment about how lots of people mess up the forward helix piercing and don't end up getting is straight. Got the piercings, went back home to California, and have been diligent about cleaning them twice per day exactly as instructed. No issues with infections or anything like that. Well tonight, 7 weeks out from my piercing, my husband noticed that my forward helix piercing looked like it was about to fall out of my ear. As you can see in the photo, it looked like my ear was pushing the piercing almost completely out. Went to a professional piercing shop near my house and had them look at it to see what was going on. They laughed when they saw it. Said it was pierced way too shallow, and that it wasn't even pierced straight. It was done at an angle, which is why it healed the way it did. They couldn't save it. Now I have to wait a few months for it to completely heal up before I can even consider getting it redone. Overall, super frustrated and disappointed. When you go to a professional to get it done, you expect it to be done right, not be laughed at by other professionals. Read Less

Best, cleanest, friendliest place I've ever been too. I've gotten piercings here before and the piercer was so kind and just overall a blast of energy. So when I went to get my first tattoo I already knew they were going to be great. I came in to get a consultation yet Andy had an opening and I took no time to say yes. I went with my mom since I'm such a mamas girl and she hates tattoos although she was being very difficult the staff was extremely kind and handled her very professionally. In the end my mom loved my tattoo and I loved how funny Andy was and how painless my tattoo was. Definitely coming back for more ! Prices are awesome too ! Read Less

Took my daughter to get her labret piercing and we fell in love with the amazing piercer. She was very caring funny and all around badass. Came in to get a small tattoo and left feeling insecure because the blonde receptionist bashed my hand tattoo and said things like "who did this to you" and proceeded to go on for a few minutes telling me why they didnt do hand tattoos because it can "ruin your life" and proceeded to try and give me the contact info for a tattoo removal service. My husband and I got memorial tattoos for our fur baby Nola. Mine is her paw print surrounded by 3D butterflies on my leg. This was my first tattoo and Paul was phenomenal!! The finished product is beautiful. My husband got her paw print on his chest with her name, also done by Paul. Paul and the entire staff were very upfront with us and told us exactly how things were going to go and they all were very engaging the entire time. Got both my daiths pierced a few months back. BEST decision I've made. Migraines are extremely minimal now, and if they do happen, not as intense and don't last long at all. A clean, professional and friendly environment. I came in with a difficult coverup that Paul tackled. I was impressed from the get-go. He listened to my design ideas and gave me his feedback. He took my thoughts into consideration and created a gorgeous new piece that I absolutely love. Paul's work area was clean and comfortable, and he made a point to show me that all the needles were coming out of sterile, sealed packages. He was easy to sit with and did a magnificent job both artistically and technically. My husband was rattled by Mark several days before and also had a great experience. We have both been tattooed in other shops and found Frontier to be a very pleasant experience. I wound up piercing my nose the same day and was also impressed with Miranda, who was friendly and professional.
