Miranda did both my daith, my belly and I'm about to get my first tattoo done. I highly trust Miranda and this shop. I know I'm in good hands with this shop. My only issue was on one of those days they do the 13$ piercings someone came in, wrote their name down after us. But scratched our name out. Wasn't too happy but we will live.Edit: got my tattoo done with Troy and I am so happy with it. So I went to there shop a few days before I got my tattoo. The NEW artist that was there seemed legit. I took half the day off to get it. 'It was a birthday present to myself'. I get there 15 minutes before I was supposed to be there and waited..I I noticed that the floor was kinda dirty but didn't think much of it because it is Arizona and dust comes into all of the buildings. He gets there and shows me his design..I was alittle upset because it wasn't exactly how I pictured it..I waited 3 years to get this and was spending good money..anyhow 6 hours into it I was getting irritated. He took a smoke break every 20 minutes or so with the back door wide open. I stopped before the tattoo was completed. The lettering was pretty, but unreadable. All in all I'm happy with my tattoo but he dug deep leaving me hurting for days with lettering that needs to be fixed. I'll have a different person at a different shop finish it. Read Less

I decided on a whim to get a tattoo with my husband. I wanted the queen chess piece but I decided to start out with something small first as this would be my first tattoo. We went in just before 8pm and explained what we wanted. Josh immediately put my mind at ease, answered all of my questions and explained everything thoroughly to make sure that understood the process and after care of the tattoo. He quickly whipped up a design and made sure that I loved it before tattooing. Once we placed it, and I gave the thumbs up to proceed, I was done about 10 minutes later. Josh went over the after care process again to make sure I had it down. I appreciated that! I've been in many tattoo shops with friends and family as they got their tattoos, and they were always so shady and uncomfortable. I didn't have any of those feelings at this location. I got my nosed pierced twice and my cartridge and ears pierced they were very clean, and super nice. Went with a few people for tattoos, permanent eyeliner, and eyebrows all turned out great no infections or anything like that. Read Less

First time customer here, came in for the $14 piercing special and I am super satisfied!!! Troy was my piercer, he took his time to assess my nose (I got my septum done) and was very thorough with the piercing placement - it was quick and nearly painless! My wife and I are on vacation from oklahoma and decided to get a tattoo, we went to a good man's ink and my tattoo was a simple and easy design and the artist troy was very professional and quick and did an amazing job on my tattoo, Jeff worked on my wife's tattoo which was a lot more detailed than mine was and he took his time on designing and tattooing, he did not charge extra for the extended time he took on it, he cared more about his work than the money! Went here to get a memorial tattoo, the service was great and fast within minutes they had me in a room and getting my tat even though i was a walk-in, i would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a good well established clean tattoo/piercing parlor. Yesterday my friend and I went to get some piercings. Originally we were going to go to a different shop because they were advertising $10 piercings. When we arrived there, there were SO MANY people waiting. Her and I both get anxiety and we decided to just go to a different place and pay the difference in cost. I googled "Tattoo & Piercing shop near me" and found A Good Man's Ink. It had 4.9 stars and that was good enough for us! When we arrived there I was a bit nervous bec...ause I had to bring my 2 youngest girls along (2 yr & 3 yr). Toddlers can be trouble and trigger my anxiety even more. We walked in and was greeted by Miranda. She even greeted my kids and joked around that they wanted a tattoo. It was great because she calmed my anxiety of having to have the kids with me. My friend went first and then it was me. I had to leave the kids in the waiting area with my friend which I thought would be a problem because they may throw a fit about me leaving them. Miranda and my friend talked to the kids and then they were over it! Miranda and I rushed to the room and she did a FANTASTIC job piercings my nose. She could tell I had previously had it pierced before and talked to me the whole time which made me very comfortable. This was my 3rd time getting my nose pierced and it was the least painful experience I had ever had. She did a fantastic job all around and the waiting room was a great atmosphere as well. Took my girls in for their second ear piercing and to get my nose pierced. Miranda was our piercer for all three of us and I can say enough great things about her, her work, her knowledge, and the staff! My girls had never been inside a piercing/tattoo parlor and were quickly put at ease with everyone's friendly welcomes! My oldest daughter has always had trouble with her ear piercings not healing well in the past but has had zero issues this time around! Beautiful new shop. Stopped in so my daughter could get a tattoo. Friendly staff, she got her tattoo right away, even though she was a walk-in.
