This past Friday (2/15/2018) I received nothing but a hateful attitude from both the shop owner (siege ) & the other artist (whatever her name is),after he booked over my appointment at the Revival Art Collective. I arrived 15 minutes early to be "greeted" with an annoyed tone & look . After being informed that siege carelessly booked a different client over my appointment, I got nothing more than a pathetic "sorry". He offered zero remorse while his employee rolled her eyes, as if it's my fault that siege could careless about business etiquette and took time away from me (I had to take PTO from work for this appointment). Furthermore the entirety of the time he was being defensive when I asked if it was possible for him to rectify this situation. After which point he stated "I've said I'm sorry 20 times, what more do you want). I walked away in anger as everything I said received an eye roll, huff or sad "sorry". After collecting my thoughts, I gave him one more chance to do not only the ethical thing but also get his ego in check. I'm the customer, paying for a service that at this point seems intentionally booked over.I call and ask him when he planned to fit me in as this was his mistake. He said in a highly frustrated tone "fine I'll get you in tomorrow". ... After all of this, it took so much just to even get him to do his job. It's astounding he owns a business at all.Clearly after so much anger from him, why would I even try to get a tattoo that will most likely come out terribly as his retaliation. Not to mention, he wanted me to take time off from work again to fit into his schedule.It's ridiculous that I had to bring my girlfriend with me to try and get back my deposit but that's the position I was put into when someone acts so insane.The video outlines how my gf kindly asked for the deposit back, attempted to have a civil conversation but right away, from the first word out Of his mouth , was hostility. Why is someone so aggressive, defensive and angry when they made the mistake to begin with? When after being treated so poorly, anyone would want their money back. Especially for an item that is permanently on you.He purgers himself within the video, saying that I was a no call no show/that I did not cancel within 72 hours... I was there 15 minutes early to an appointment that he himself screwed up. The messages are included as well to whatever he is attempting to lie about.I only conclude that he is making a reference to a year ago, I RESCHEDULED (not cancelled) and it was well within the 72hr limit that's outlined in his policy so that I do not lose my deposit . Additionally he confirmed that everything was successfully moved (once more this was a year ago in regards to my first session). Never once does he take responsibility, instead he gets defensive and cannot have a coherent adult conversation. But that obviously has nothing to do with this appointment, nor the money he owes me.I'm not sure if he is on meth or some other drugs but his eyes were bugging out of his head as he erratically kept shifting them and bobbing his head incessantly as my gf spoke.My gf intimidated him by simply being mature and standing her ground, so when he refused to speak to her and only speak to me, it was clear he was trying to bully me and thats probably why he did all of this. He got caught trying to essentially steal my money. I get it, I'm a small woman who people think they can take advantage of but I will not be treated this way.My gf had to stand in front of him because he kept trying to get closer to me and would just speak even more hatefully to me. As he opened the door I was walking in with him to try and talk to him as he refused to speak to my gf. He then pulled and slammed the door on to me. My gf had to pull me away so that I wouldn't become hurt further.From the video you can also hear him stating that he doesn't care. He says this repeatedly when being asked why he is speaking so aggressively towards us. Its quite clear that he doesn't care about anyone but in particular he has zero conscience nor concern for his customers.
