The parking lot space is congested, the staff seem friendly and knowledgeable. The various products seem to be of good quality ...the only complaint I do have is the tattoo supplies are scattered sporadically and mixed in with the jewelry & piercing supplies when other shops keep them sparate and more organized.

By far the best place ever. Ha great customer service and great price. My one and only stop when I visit the valley. I would recommend this to everyone who does tattoos.
