Noreen is the most unprofessional person I e ever had to deal with. Her and her "wife". So let's start from the beginning. I saw a tattoo on someone else's hand that looked fresh and I really liked so...
Noreen is the most unprofessional person I e ever had to deal with. Her and her "wife". So let's start from the beginning. I saw a tattoo on someone else's hand that looked fresh and I really liked so he referred me to Noreen. She is actually pretty talented but her attitude and unprofessionalism makes you not even want to deal with her. The first session she was 2 hours late. The second session I had with her she was 3 hours late and had me waiting in a crackhead neighborhood alley for 3 hours fearing for my life before she decided to show up. Today was the last straw. We had an appointment for 1:30, she said she'll be late and pushed back till 2:30.... then at 2:20 she said she has to push back till 4. I said ok. Then she text me back to cancel today's session all together. How inconsiderate and unprofessional. Then to make it worst.... she last minute referred me to another tattoo artist. How disrespectful. That's like pushing me off to another barber after I like my own barber. To make matters even worst..... he was a previous employee of hers and she told me before hand that the whole reason she left her old shop was because she had to fix all her employees bad tattoos. Wow makes me feel comfortable. I gave 2 STARZ just because she's not a bad tattoo artist. Everything else is horrible. And her "wife" has an attitude problem that makes it worst. After all that she gets an attitude with me because she's late and cancelling and tells me that her clients will wait all day for her and she has a personal life outside of tattooing and I just need to understand. I will bet $1000 to anyone if you go to her your first session she'll be late at least an hour.

My son passed away almost 5yrs ago and since then I've wanted a portrait done of him. I always knew that there would be no one to do such a meaningful tattoo for me but Noreen. So finally I scheduled an appt and when I tell you she exceeded my expectations i mean it! She made my portrait look exactly how the photo was. Every inch of every detail perfected! I wouldn't have had it done by any other person on earth! 💜 thank you so much Noreen, now a piece of my son is embedded on me for ever!!!!

Awesome shop with great artists who love their work. Noreen is amazing! I met her here in San Diego at the North Park festival of arts 3 years ago while I was doing a piece for the art foundation. She was painting an amazing art piece, i loved her work. I had no idea she did tattoos until I friended her on FB after following her and seeing all of her work, I was really impressed. Recently I planned a trip to Arizona to rescue a bengal, so I decided to make it a 2 for 1 and do a memorial tattoo of my beloved who died in July. She captured her perfectly. I saw it and literally was shaking and crying because it looked exactly like her. The idea of the tattoo was of my dearly departed and Noreen brought it it to life. It was $250 and almost 4 hours. Nuff said I am doing all the rest of mine with her It's worth the trip the artists here in San Diego are OUTRAGEOUS in pricing and not worth it IMO.I LOVE it Noreen you're my hero thank you so much!

I went to check this shop out after looking at a few others in the area and not being impressed with their work/feel of the shop. I'm new to the area so I was kind of just scouting but once I came into this shop I ended up making an appointment that day. The shop is really clean and organized, and has a laid back vibe. I got my work done by Dook who made me feel comfortable the entire time and did an amazing job. Prices are reasonable for excellent work. Definitely making this place my new tattoo home.

What can I say about Noreen hmmmm well she's f**kin awesome she's very nice ,professional 'talented'honest'she and the illegal crew make you feel welcome and all are very professional and greet you as you walk in the door if you ever have walked in a tatoo shop before you know it can be a Lil intimidating especially if it's your first time but over there they make you feel comfortable and when you see the art on the walls and read the reviews and then meeting the artist and interacting with them you feel good about your artist then after getting the art on your skin WOW amazing work I will be back for more Noreen is my artist I will be going to from now on she doesn't know it yet lol but this guy is very happy with illegal ink I recommend them highly

Among her many talents, Noreen has been such an integral part of the south phoenix community as a philantropist always giving and helping when she can. Ive been absolutely blown away by her work since day 1. I had an idea for a piece and did not trust anyone but her. She took my bits and pieces and just ran with it. I am forever grateful for the beautiful tattoo she gave me! All freehand work, fluid lines, sharp where needed and the shading is awesome. I am so honored to have her work on me. She is dedicated, passionate and humble. Amazing in every thing she touches.

I went to check this shop out after looking at a few others in the area and not being impressed with their work/feel of the shop. I'm new to the area so I was kind of just scouting but once I came into this shop I ended up making an appointment that day. The shop is really clean and organized, and has a laid back vibe. I got my work done by Dook who made me feel comfortable the entire time and did an amazing job. Prices are reasonable for excellent work. Definitely making this place my new tattoo home.

What can I say about Noreen hmmmm well she's f**kin awesome she's very nice ,professional 'talented'honest'she and the illegal crew make you feel welcome and all are very professional and greet you as you walk in the door if you ever have walked in a tatoo shop before you know it can be a Lil intimidating especially if it's your first time but over there they make you feel comfortable and when you see the art on the walls and read the reviews and then meeting the artist and interacting with them you feel good about your artist then after getting the art on your skin WOW amazing work I will be back for more Noreen is my artist I will be going to from now on she doesn't know it yet lol but this guy is very happy with illegal ink I recommend them highly

Among her many talents, Noreen has been such an integral part of the south phoenix community as a philantropist always giving and helping when she can. Ive been absolutely blown away by her work since day 1. I had an idea for a piece and did not trust anyone but her. She took my bits and pieces and just ran with it. I am forever grateful for the beautiful tattoo she gave me! All freehand work, fluid lines, sharp where needed and the shading is awesome. I am so honored to have her work on me. She is dedicated, passionate and humble. Amazing in every thing she touches.
